The open concept Living Room/Dining Room is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends after a fun-filled day at the Beach! It consists of a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Smart TV (Streaming & Cable) and an oversize Kitchen Bar w/Bar Stools. Board Games also included for a fun family game night!!

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal including utensils, plates, cookware, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, etc. Start your mornings with a steaming cup of coffee brewed in the Keurig Coffee Maker (coffee provided).

The downstairs Master Bedroom features a King Size bed, TV for Streaming and Closet, creating a private oasis of comfort. It also has direct access to the large Outdoor Entertainment area.

The Downstairs Hall Bathroom has a Tub/Shower combo and sink.

Make your way upstairs to the Second Bedroom which has a King Size bed, Closet and TV for Streaming/Cable. Step out onto the private porch off the Bedroom for a peek-a-boo view of the beautiful ocean!

At the top of the stairs, kids and adults alike will enjoy the Loft area that includes a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed with a Twin Trundle, plush bean bag chairs and a TV for Streaming/Cable.

The Upstairs Hall Bathroom has a Tub/Shower combo and sink.

Step outside into the expansive Outdoor Entertainment area, perfect for soaking up the island vibes. Enjoy grilling mouthwatering meals on the gas barbecue grill. After a long day at the Beach, relax and gather around the Fire Pit and create unforgettable memories under the starry sky. String lights add a touch of enchantment to the outdoor ambiance. The Amenities at Smuggler's Cove is perfect for a day of relaxing away from the Beach also!! The kids will LOVE the awesome "Pirate Ship" Playground with Swings and Slides! The Pool is also perfect for both adults and kids! One side is designed for kids with water cannons, bucket dump and fun water features! The Adult side is laid back with several lounge chairs and seating areas to relax after a long day on the Beach!!

A Pack-N-Play and High Chair is provided for guests' use in the unit.

There are also charcoal grills available throughout the complex (lighter fluid and charcoal not included) as well as several Palapa seating areas throughout the property.

NOTE: The Pool is surrounded by a fence secured with a Gate Code entry for child safety.

We provide free unlimited Wifi, Hair Dryers, Bathroom Towels, Linens/Pillows, Iron/Ironing Board, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash as well as a starter amount of Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Dish/Hand Soap, Coffee/Sugar/Creamer, etc.
