Welcome to our brand new townhome located just 10 minutes from all the action! This three-bedroom townhome is in a quiet neighborhood - very close to all of the attractions, food, and fun but tucked away from the traffic for some country living!

This neighborhood is really easy to access with just some rolling hills but no switchbacks, sharp turns, or inclines. It allows you to be close to all the action and not have to worry about your car!

- The living area has a big comfy couch, coffee table, and SmartTV, perfect for enjoying some Netflix at the end of a long day.
- Just beyond the living room, you'll find our kitchen table and dining are perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal or a drink after a long day.
- Next to the dining area is a kitchen with all modern appliances - microwave, oven, stovetop, fridge, etc. and is stocked with the essentials
- From the dining area, step out through the sliding glass doors to your own private patio area - perfect for relaxing all year long!
- Finally, we conveniently have a laundry room with washer & dryer as well as a half bathroom on the first floor.

- We provide a starter set of towels. There will be at least 1 towel per person on the reservation. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
- We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and laundry detergent. For longer stays you will need to buy more!

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space - but we are available whenever you need us. We are available Monday - Sunday 9am-9pm via Airbnb Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
