My husband and I stayed here for just under a week and absolutely loved it. The apartment was small, but just what we needed. Very clean and updated inside. You are quite literally steps from the beach. Beach chairs and towels provided. It’s located on the south end of the boardwalk, just far enough from restaurants and shops that it is quiet, but within walking distance to everything. The little terrace/patio area was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The only very minor inconvenience was the small amount of cookware and the condition of it. No can opener, etc. Aside from that everything was perfect. We also used the coin operated laundry on site to get a stain out and it was very convenient. Great piece of mind and no need to over pack when you have access to laundry. I cannot not speak to parking as we did not have a car with us. We took an Uber ride into Miami for the day which was only about 60 mins there in the AM and 40 mins back in the PM. I’m already talking with my sister about returning soon! Thank you to Ephram and the cleaning and maintenance staff who were wonderful to interact with as well!

Very Convenient Locaiton
The location was perfect. We enjoyed our 4 day stay on Hollywood Beach without a vehicle with transit right from the airport. We found plenty of flexibility to visit the beach, find food and traveled to other activities via ride share apps. The 1 BR accommodation was perfect, nice and quiet.

Parking is not what is advertised
When i booked this place i was sent in writing that parking is $20 a day to scan QR code once i arrive. When i arrived i scanned the QR code and it was not working. I reached out to Mr Limor he informed me that he does not control parking but i can park at his other property a mile away from where i was staying and catch an Uber back and forth. I explained to Mr Limor that i drove to Florida so that i would not have to spend money on transportation and that was an inconvenience and that i was in Florida for a business convention and did not want to be worried about my car being towed or receiving a ticket. Mr Limor then says well tickets only $40 so if you get one you will be good until Saturday. I told him that was unacceptable to send me his other property location because at this point i had no choice. Mr Limor did not respond until Saturday, 2 days later, which by then I ended up getting a $40 ticket and had to ask a neighbor how they paid for parking. The neighbor gave me the info for parking which i spent over $120 on. So i spent almost $200 in parking when i was told it would only cost $20 a day. I am HIGHLY UPSET AND NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED!!

Hollywood stay
I loved this place! Super quick to the beach and 5 minutes to local restaurants and bars but just far enough to be quiet at night. Clean, spacious, well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the ceiling fan and AC combo made me forget about the intense heat outside. The space was excellent but what really stood out was the flexibility of the renter. He worked with me with early and late flights and accommodated my time frame with no issues. I come to Florida multiple times a year and will be staying again for sure. Highly recommend this location!
