Welcome to our Lakeview Retreat. We are located just 19 min from the Luray Caverns, 15 min from Massanutten Resort! 5 min from the riverfront, 5 min from city center, and 30 min from Shenandoah National Park. Enjoy all the beautiful attractions Shenandoah has to offer. Secluded Serenity offers great amenities for your friends and family! Catch and release fishing pond, hot tub, fire pit, a game room with ping-pong, foosball, corn hole, plenty of board games, and a newly installed Xbox S!

OVERVIEW: The house boasts 4 spacious bedrooms (two on each level) each with a shared full bathroom. The two lower level bedrooms each have their own designated working space. Downstairs is a family room with a large Roku TV, Xbox Series S, and many board games. Additionally in the converted garage, there is a ping pong table & a foosball table where you and your group could challenge each other for hours. The master bedroom upstairs opens out onto the upper patio where you could enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning. You could also wander downstairs where the hot tub waits with a refreshing glass of wine. There is a wood burning furnace on the lower level that adds extra warmth and charm as you and your family and/or friends challenge each other to one of the many board games we keep at the house. There is a dining area just off the kitchen where you can share a great meal with friends or family.

ENTERTAINMENT: The master bedroom and the main living room have their own HD Roku TV's where you can sign into any of your favorite streaming services. Downstairs there is a game room with a full-size ping pong table & Foosball table. We also keep board games such as Monopoly (National Parks Edition), UNO, Chutes and Ladders, and more! There is free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected and share your experience at our house with all of your friends.

KITCHEN: The house has a full kitchen, with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils as well as plates, bowls, cups and silverware. Outside there is a gas grill.

OTHER: The house also comes with a washer and dryer, all the linens needed for the beds, bath towels and hand towels for the bathrooms and more.

GETTING THERE: Your GPS should get you 99% of the way to our wonderful home! Once you turn onto Wildlife Lane the easiest direction to remember is that the road simply dead end's into our parking area. You will see "217" on the brick wall to the left of the left garage door and you will know you are there!

This house will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
