Welcome to our Smoky Mountain cabin and family friendly getaway! Come stay like a local in this home located in Wears Valley. Enjoy the least used entrance to the National Park off Wear Cove Gap Road only 10 minutes from the cabin. Conveniently located, your family will not only be close to the National Park, but also to all the attractions that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg offer. Come expecting to soak in the stunning mountain views and enjoy all the local entertainment.

The space
Hezzie Hideaway is a fully furnished cabin with one king bedroom and en-suite bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms, a second bathroom located in the hall, and a game room. The game room has bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. With these accommodations, we recommend 8 guests can sleep comfortably. You will also find a hot tub, fire pit and fully stocked kids clubhouse in the backyard. It is located in the valley with views of the mountains, so it is super easy to access. No steep or winding roads.

ENTRANCE: The main entry leads into the living room, dining, kitchen area. Down the hall, there is a common bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and 1 primary king en-suite room. The other hallway leads to the laundry and game room located on the other side of the house.

BEDROOMS: Each bedroom has a dresser and a closet with hangers for your clothes.

BATHROOMS: All the bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your use.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with an oven, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and a dual coffee pot/individual cup maker. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking utensils as well as pots and pans. Complimentary starter kit includes K cups, paper towels, small dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen sponge and additional trash bag.

LIVING ROOM: Contains 1 large sofa, 2 comfy chairs, a coffee table, a Smart TV and an electric fire place. There is also a large picture window with views of the mountain and cow pasture located just across the street.

GAME ROOM: Decked out with an 80” Smart TV, poker table with chips to play, and multiple video arcades including NFL Blitz. The room also contains twin bunk beds and a sofa.

OUTDOOR: The back deck includes a brand new 7 seater hot tub! There is also an outdoor dining table and benches on the deck covered by a built in pergola. The backyard also contains a fire pit area and frisbee golf with discs included. The shed has been converted into an adorable children's playhouse and has its own lighting, AC unit, play kitchen, games and much more for them to enjoy!

Other things to note
The cabin is in the woods so you will most likely see or hear critters. There have been bear sightings as well so be aware and do not feed them or leave trash out on the porch. Please take caution if they are in the area and keep a lengthy distance from them.

The hot tub is for everyone, however kids must be accompanied with an adult at all times. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Absolutely no pets allowed. Use the hot tub at your own risk.

No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10am on their scheduled day of departure, there will be a fee of $50.00 administered for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/ power outages/ other events that are beyond our control.

We love pets and believe this property has fantastic accommodations for them. Please allow them to run around in the fenced yard freely while you are at the cabin. We kindly ask that you bring your own crate from home and use it to crate your pet(s) inside if you plan on leaving the cabin for the day. We have had complaints of excessive barking in the past and want to be considerate of our neighbors so we can continue to be a pet friendly cabin. Please DO NOT allow them on furniture or in the hot tub at any time. If furniture, bedding, or the hot tub is found to have been damaged by a pet we will hold you accountable for any damages. If you need to bathe your pet we request you use the outdoor hose in the backyard. If pet(s) are brought without first informing us and paying the $150 pet fee, a flat $500 will be assessed and you will still be liable for any damage caused by the pets. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have as we want to ensure a safe and clean home base for all of our guests and their pets while visiting the Smokies!
