Cabin was clean with comfortable bed’s & furniture, with TV’s in every room, had a Kureg as well as drip coffee maker, also starter amounts of essentials, plenty of dinnerware & utensils. However, pots & pans were in deplorable shape! Not even a decent frying pan or cookie sheet! Outside needed serious maintenance! Decks etc. needs serious maintenance! We did enjoy the hot tub. When we arrived , Dakota, from management company was there checking to see that everything was working properly. He was so nice & friendly & lady from the office checked with us the next day to see if everything was ok. The cabin was within 15 minutes from everything so that was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great time and bear sightings!

The cabin was great, comfortable for everyone and highlight was we saw a mama bear with 2 cubs in the side yard! The location was like being in the country but close to main highway and attractions.

We had a great time, loved the view off the back porch. A very short ride and you were in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, so much to do down town...We will be back.

First off, the people who own this cabin are extremely sweet! They went above and beyond to message us to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything at all. The place is well take care of, clean, and so cozy. Don’t get me started on the view! Breathtaking!!! Everything about this cabin made this trip perfect! Highly recommend staying here!

This cabin was an excellent view of the Smokey Mountains. We enjoyed our stay , just was a little small for 8 adults. Wish there had been at least 1 recliner in the upstairs area but overall it was a good place to stay

Wonderful stay.

We had a fabulous stay. Had a couple little glitches that were addressed right away and without hesitation. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. Customer service was phenomenal! The cabin was clean and stocked well, in a wonderful location for us and was dog friendly.

What a view!

This was such a beautiful cabin and very comfortable that two main bedrooms had their own bathroom and bathtubs!! I would just suggest changing the pots and pans for a little newer versions since they were hard to cook on but the few observations i made to the property manager, were taken care off immediately so it really felt like staying at a hotel 😍 loved the fact they had a safe gate for the stairs, with a toddler and a dog, it just made our life easy!!!

I would recommend this cabin time and time again! The check in process was so easy and the cain itself was BEAUTIFUL! The rental company that owns it, they helped in every way prossible and walked me through the process after getting the cabin off VRBO. There were a couple little things but I let them know and it was fixed before we got back the next day! Me, my fiance and my 2 kids - ages 11 & 9 &also my niece - 9 all agree we will definitely syat again! &&an added bonus is it is so close to EVERYTHING, it is only a 20ish minute ride to Dollywood and Splash Country and less than that to a lot of the other stuff we did. Thank you for the great stay!

Best cabin for families and a view!

This property was very easy to work with through texting questions and getting responses from in a timely manner. The house had a view of the mountains and plenty of room for our 2 families of 4 with tweens!! The 1st floor had 2 master suites for the parents with the living room and kitchen while the bottom floor was all for the kids with 2 bedrooms with a common area that boosts a pool table, games and video game system! ALL the beds fit 2 people easily! It was a great experience, all in all. A perfect quaint cabin in the mountains made our Tennessee trip complete! Thank you!

Nice getaway

Nice cabin. You can tell it’s pet friendly from the scuffs and scratches but it was very clean. 2 king beds on the main floor is nice. New kitchen appliances. Everything worked great. Down stairs games are cool for the kids. Pretty mountain views. Short less than 15 minute drive to the main parkway. There’s no driveway but you can easily get 4 cars across in front of the house so nobody is blocked in.

Tucked Away from the Crowd, but Close to Action

Property and views were great! Check in process was easy and owners were more than helpful and courteous. We stayed over spring break for the area so it was nice to be away from the crowd but close enough to enjoy both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. My ONLY issue was we could not get the internet to work even after resetting the router, and our phones didn't get reception (Our fault) to contact property mangers. So we were limited on ability to watch movies in the cabin, or wifi connect with phones. Other than this we have no complaints and would recommend and stay again pending Wifi is accessible next time.

A few disappointments and safety concerns

While we did enjoy meeting up with our adult children and had a good week overall there were a few concerns. First - safety - you need to add grab bars to showers. My husband and I are both in upper 70's and found negotiating shower difficult and unsafe. We also would not negotiate the stairs to lower level -perhaps a railing on both sides would be a help. Internet was intermittent and annoying and the satellite tv went out on us as well. Photos online were very deceiving - house is substantially smaller than anticipated. Also suggest upgrading pots and pans as some of us like to cook.

Last minute vacation

We made a last minute decision to visit the Smoky Mountains area and we booked this cabin the night before. The management company was WONDERFUL and easy to comunicate with via text msgs.The cabin was spotless and we were able to check in early...an A+. Cabin is roomy and kitchen is well stocked. Smart TVs in every room. The wifi is really poor, we got 114 mbps, so keep this in mind if u have to work from there or want to watch tv. We tried watching TV. It didn't work. View out the back is fantastic! Out of all the cabins on the street, I think this one has the best long range view. About 10-15 min to grocery store. Lots of cabins in the area, but you still have plenty of privacy.Roads are paved, some are a bit steep, but you dont need an suv to get there.The cabin is at the end of the street, it's flat and easy loading/unloading. No gas grill. Jacuzzi is small, 2-3 people max. A few things the OWNER needs to address: -all the pots and pans have the taflon horibly scratched (dangerous to ones health). -the outside of the cabin needs some serious attention. Huge holes from carpenter ants all over the wood siding, gutter fallen on the ground, huge holes in the soffit and fascia (probably animals trying to get in), deck and porch hasn't been stained in years, they're faded and look worn out. Big top windows are dirty and covered in spider webs. Probably need special services to wash those high up windows. Overall this is a great cabin in a great location!

Lovely view even the bears in the front yard. The water pressure was not good even though there were 3 bathrooms it was one at a time to get ready. There were a few damages that we reported at beginning of stay and no one got in touch to let us know that they had got the message till we left. Other than that had a great time with my kids.

Friends and family friendly

Plenty of room for families or large groups. We loved having the two master suites upstairs. Great views and nice to get away from the crowds and entertainment, yet stillConveniently located.

This is a wonderful cabin for a family getaway. It has an amazing mountain view out the kitchen window and the back deck. It is about 15 minutes from all of the action in Pigeon Forge. There is a large dining table for everyone to enjoy a home cooked meal at. On the main level, there are two master suites with King beds, Jacuzzi tubs, Flat screen TV's and their own bathrooms. Downstairs you will find the game room equipped with pool table, arcade game, card table, and flat screen TV. The two bedrooms downstairs are loaded with Queen beds and each have their own flat screen TV as well. Outside the lower deck is the hot tub, ready and bubbling for you to relax and enjoy the mountain view. This cabin has all the comforts of home, in the mountains. Perfect for that family getaway.
