Welcome to our newly renovated B&B in the Hamptons! Unwind in the hot tub. Cozy up by the fire pit. Our fully private retreat boasts 16-foot cathedral ceilings, 5-zone air conditioning, 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with double sinks, a loft, and outdoor grilling for 8 to dine in or al fresco. You'll have the whole place to yourself with a fully fenced in backyard for your privacy. Every detail has been curated for your enjoyment.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We're in the exclusive and quiet neighborhood, which puts you in the heart of the Hamptons. Minutes from all the best destinations, without getting stuck in the standstill traffic. It's a quiet place to relax and enjoy the hot tub or take a ride to world class wineries and apple orchards, shopping, and dining.

Some of our favorite things to do nearby:

BEACHES: Ocean Beaches minutes away are Ponquogue Beach, famous white sand Cooper’s Beach. Enjoy nearby bay beaches at Metschut, long term stays access Tiana Shores Association.

SPORTS: Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Basketball Courts, Volleyball Courts, Baseball Fields, and Skate Park.

GOLF: Indian Island Country Club, Hampton Hills Golf & Country Club, Cherry Creek Golf Links, Long Island National Golf Club, and Rock Hill Golf & Country Club.

SOUTHAMPTON: Just a short drive away, Southampton is a charming village with boutique shopping, food, art galleries, and a rich history. Enjoy the quieter atmosphere after the summer rush.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: There are 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 2 baths. Our master bedroom offers a king size bed, his and her closets, your own washer dryer, and en suite full bathroom with double sinks and ample storage. Our garden bedroom offers a queen size bed. Our third bedroom has 2 twin XL beds that can be used separately by adults or pushed together as another king size bed. These two bedrooms have large closets and share a guest bathroom with double sinks and ample storage. Our loft space (which can get hot in the summer) includes a twin daybed with twin trundle to accommodate 2 or can be raised and connected to create a king.

AMENITIES ON-SITE AND OUR SPACE: Enjoy half an acre all to yourself with a fully enclosed backyard to give you all the privacy you need to enjoy our 7 person hot tub, fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs, or grilling with 6-burners. Indoors you can bask in the sunlight from our 16-foot cathedral ceilings, loft, open kitchen and dining room. Each room has its own thermostat as part of a 5-zone air conditioning and heating system. The whole house is yours. Come to unwind, relax and explore.

Terrific stay at a beautiful house!

We had a wonderful stay at Irene's beautiful house. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had very nice extra touches. Booking and check in/out were easy, and Irene checked in with us and was very helpful and responsive. There's a hot tub and huge yard, which I know we will really enjoy on future visits when the weather is warmer. Great location close to great restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do. We'll be back!

Perfect getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the blue bays b+b. The host and contact were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house was extremely clean, had all the amenities needed and the hot tub was so relaxing after putting our baby to sleep. Great location, would highly recommend.

Ever since I set foot here, I have always dreamed of owning my own home. I love this house! From the vibrant blue, to the hot tub, to the grill, to every piece of art. It’s all hand picked to make you feel relaxed and luxurious. Hosting allows me to share my home with you along with all the Hamptons has to offer.

We love the Hamptons: We love the pristine white sand beaches and waters of the ocean and calm waters of the Peconic Bay. We love heading into town on Main Street in Southampton for the exclusive shopping and 5-star dining where all the celebrities are there to see and be seen.

Our 16-foot cathedral ceilings with windows bath the home in light. Our 5-zone air conditioning system means every guest can control the temperature in their room. Our backyard is fully enclosed offering you the privacy to enjoy our hot tub, grill, and dine al fresco. Did we mention our loft that you can use for yoga, meditation, or just to relax in seclusion?
