This newly renovated 2/3 bedroom, 1.5 bath bungalow in the heart of Jamesport will make your getaway in any season perfect. You will be in the middle of it all with wineries and farm stands right next door (literally). This home has 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom and a barn style 3rd bedroom/office with a twin over full sized bunk bed.

Farmhouse charm throughout with all new appliances, Smart TV’s and lots more.

Perfect large private property with great outdoor living for adults, kids and dogs. Enjoy the fire pit, bbq and an outdoor shower after a long day at the beach, wineries or exploring the North Fork of Long Island.

Our home is pet friendly and has a fenced in yard too.

The house was a perfect place to stay! We had 3 adults that enjoyed the space - the layout is functional, the property grounds are charming, close proximity to different restaurants, activities, etc.

Lovely, comfortable, unique property. Excellent amenities in a great location near several wineries and farm stands. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2-3 kids or 5 adults as long as everyone is ok with sharing one shower. Great outdoor space too.

Charming Home

We loved being in Jamesport for our stay. Great launch place to head to the Hamptons and the beaches for a reasonable price.Nothing like having a full house to enjoy and the outside points and decorations were wonderful.We will be back!

Great location and charming home

This VRBO was in a great location in proximity to vineyards and shops nearby. Most destinations were within a 15 minute drive. The listing itself says there’s a bunk bed AND a double bed in one room. It’s just one bunk bed. The home sleeps 6 people. (King Bed, Queen Bed, Double Bed, Twin Bed). The backyard is lovely with a fire pit and nice lounging area!

Perfect 4th of July Getaway

We had a fantastic stay over the 4th of July weekend! The house was exactly as described— clean, beautifully decorated, and in a great location close to beaches, wineries, and farm stands. The backyard was a huge highlight for us. It’s spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing by the firepit in the evenings. Our senior dog, Lobo, had the time of his life exploring the yard— it was a true paradise for him. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable family weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

First, here are the comfort and convinces to guests: Chris, is a very responsive host who answered my questions promptly. The kids sleeping area has a very sturdy built bunkbed, designed for kids between the ages of 5-14. The working gas fireplace in the kitchen provides extra warmth and beautifully complements the overall rustic farmhouse decor theme. Inside the property has comfortable couches and a dinning area with seating for up to 6 guests to showcase an inviting brunch or a dinner spread. A quaint outside entertainment layout, will appeal to guests who travel for a relaxing spring, early summer or early fall retreat that provides several seating and lounge options to sip on local wine. There is also a fire-pit and a gas grill. For travelers who enjoy making meals for gatherings, the 5 burner gas stove is a big win when it comes to making home-cooked meals. It also helps to have a nice sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and assorted cookware. The property has two sizable closets in each bedroom, and a washer and dryer. These are ideal amenities for travelers who plan to stay for longer. The property is also within walking distance to wineries and driving distance to various stores. The not so good: Unfortunately, I found what appears to be rodent droppings in one of the skillets. Looking in the pantry, I found rodent spray, so this confirms my finding. Too many active spiders and ants in the bedrooms. Dead flies. Regular professional pest control is needed.

Relaxing Family Vacation

Great place to stay

This is a great to stay with a small family. Updates are beautiful. You feel right at home in a farmhouse! Very cozy feeling with the fireplaces and decor. Highly recommend.
