Welcome to the Hampton Bays! Our home is a 3 bedroom and 2 full bath house that is spacious and has great natural light. We have a fully equipped kitchen, full dining area, kitchen seating area, large living room, den, closet space and more! We are minutes away from great restaurants, shops and close to beaches. Sprawling privately fenced backyard with a fenced in-ground pool , bbq, and an outdoor shower as well. The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. Fall is also a beautiful time of year to visit for pumpkin picking, apple picking, winery tours and more. The property is a 10 minute drive from Canoe Place. This home is great for a Hamptons getaway!

Amazing Hampton's House

The house was perfect, a home away from home located in a nice quiet area, with stores and restaurants close by. House was clean, spacious and stocked with the essentials. The kids loved the pool and the ping pong table. Thank you Val for the perfect weekend, hope to see you next Summer!!

Perfect for our Group

This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 children. The pool was exactly what we had hoped and it was very convenient to the local beach. The house was as depicted in the images. We would recommend this for groups with kids.

Outstanding house rental

We had a great time at this rental a few weeks ago. The house was clean, spacious, and had great amenities. The kids loved the pool, board games, and ping pong table. The house was close to beaches, restaurants, and vineyards, and Val was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. We hope to visit again!

Successful girls weekend!

My girlfriends and I rented this house for a weekend. The house was exactly as advertised! The pool and backyard area were some of our favorite amenities. The house was clean and stocked with the essentials. We contacted the owner during our stay and we received a prompt response. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Girls Trip

Our group of 7 had the best long weekend at this house! It was so clean, nice, affordable, and we could not believe how much bigger in person—especially the outside porch/deck area. It was the perfect size for our group. Unfortunately, it rained almost all weekend, but the pool was actually quite warm, and it was still enjoyable to swim! The host answered all questions almost immediately after sending, and she let us check in early. Very accommodating and we would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hampton Bays!

The Perfect Holiday

Celebrated the holidays with my grown children to be near my dad and brother. The house is lovely. We had a wonderful time. My daughter suggested we come back in the summertime to take advantage of the amenities - beautiful pool and nearby beaches. Highly recommend!!!

The Perfect Weekend

We rented the house for Labor Day weekend and it far surpassed all of our expectations! The house was the perfect size for our group of 6 from the outdoor dining setup, the loungers by the pool, the comfortable beds and bedrooms and the compact but well supplied kitchen. We had no complaints and though we had a pretty full social schedule, we preferred lounging by the pool most days, reading books, listening to music and chatting. Our dog was in heaven with the large yard that allowed her to explore and run to her heart’s content. All of our communications and questions were promptly answered leading to a stress free weekend away. And did I mention that the house was spotless?! It was truly beautiful and welcoming. The pictures don’t do it justice. We would love to come back year after year. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

This is a lovely, large property. The house very comfortable but would have benefited by an additional bathroom. The outside (back yard) very nice with large deck, bbq area and pool. Grass growing between pavers, however, made the yard look messy. We felt the outdoor shower was unusable due to the weeds growing and the propane tanks stored there. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable. The house is stunning and the backyard is dreamy. Val was attentive and amazing to work with. I wish I could go back every weekend. I would book this house over and over again. It was clean and had everything you needed to have a perfect stay.

Great house! Clean, spacious & close to wineries & fun restaurants! We loved the pool & outdoor space. Plenty of room for our girls trip. Good location for avoiding massive traffic of the hamptons. Would definitely recommend to others!

AMAZING, FIVE STARS

THE PICTURES DONT DO THIS PROPERTY JUSTICE. Check in was seamless, house was VERY clean, details of leaving us chips, water, and red wine were sweet, so many beach towels, 3 showers, clean/warm pool, house manager and owner were very responsive (within minutes), and beautiful backyard. Only regret is not booking more nights honestly. We were a group of girls late 20s and early 30s and the property was so perfect for us. Thank you !!!

This VRBO was beautiful, clean, well maintained, and perfect for my small group of friends. The property owner was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful. We would stay here again! She even let us check out a few hours late to enjoy the sunshine on the day we were leaving.

Relaxing & Beautiful!

Property was absolutely beautiful & located in a nice quiet area. House was very clean upon arrival & everything was ready to use. The owner Val was very easy to get in touch with and also the sweetest & communication was great !The stores & restaurants are close by as well. Clean and spacious with a huge yard and great pool!

Perfect spot for a family vacation. Quiet neighborhood about 10 min drive to a lovely beach. Everything feels new and clean inside. Pool is large with lots of floats , chairs and umbrella to enjoy the space.

Awesome Hamptons House!

This house was perfect! It wow-ed all of us as soon as we walked in. The neighborhood is quite and charming. The location is great and easily accessible to restaurants, grocery store, etc. The home was so spacious, clean, well stocked, great decor, felt so homey. The backyard was excellent- outside tables and a great pool. The beds were super comfortable. There is nothing negative to say about the house or our stay. It was perfect and we would love to stay here again/ recommend to others!
