The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen blend together in perfect unison. Cozy down and warm up in front of the fireplace while utilizing the Blu-ray/DVD player with over 100 movie titles to choose from. The kitchen comes incredibly well-equipped with gleaming countertops, a bronze farmhouse sink, and stainless steel appliances.

The primary bedroom is a place of pure peace with its inviting color palette, high-quality linens, spa-like en suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. Take some time for yourself as you sink into the jetted tub. The additional bedrooms are just as comfortable, and kept cool thanks to the home's central air conditioning.

Downstairs, the expansive family room showcases a pool table, a foosball table, and a vintage gaming table. Additionally, the in-home movie theater offers surround sound, eight luxury leather recliners, and two leather front-row seats. To wrap up the interior perks, be sure to utilize the Pack-N-Play, board games, private washer/dryer, and highest-speed satellite internet available from Viasat.

Outside, breathe in the fresh mountain air during quiet walks, while grilling your dinner, and as you tell stories around the firepit at night. To end another day on vacation, get outside at 9:30 p.m. to enjoy the nearby Dollywood fireworks!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
