Summary:
Please note: no smoking and NO PETS. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. A comfortable stay awaits you in our newly remodeled studio upstairs unit (part of a multi-unit home). A queen-sized bed and queen-size pull-out couch allow for sleeping space for up to 4 guests.

Note: Upstairs unit, there are approximately 20 stairs to the unit entrance.

If you are traveling with more than 4, we have two additional units (one-bedroom unit upstairs that can sleep 4 and a 2 bedroom unit downstairs that can sleep 6) for a total of 14 guests. We have a separate listing to rent the entire building at once.

The Neighborhood:
Bates-Hendricks is a neighborhood on the near south side of Indianapolis with an active association that works to improve the area and bring neighbors together. Ideally situated near Downtown, Fountain Square, and Garfield Park, the neighborhood is close to numerous restaurants, businesses, and recreational facilities. Cyclists can easily commute to Downtown via East Street's bike lanes, a branch of Indianapolis' growing bike lane infrastructure. With nearby access to I-65 and I-70, almost any location in Indianapolis is just minutes away.

Getting Around:
Walk everywhere! Ubers and driving very easy, too.

Other Things to Note:
Enjoy one of the friendliest neighborhoods in Indiana, Bates Hendricks, located near Fountain Square and close to Downtown. With sleeping space for up to 4 guests, our home is perfect for couples, small families, friend groups, and business travel.

Enter via the kitchen which opens up to the living area and bedroom. We have a desk available if you’re traveling for work, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with appliances to make your own meals that can be enjoyed at our dining table. There is also a vanity mirror and desk in the bedroom. Enjoy a shower or soak in the tub after a long day of exploring the city.

Everything is newly renovated and you will be some of our first guests!

DETAILS TO NOTE
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
