In for NBA Game With Family

This property was perfect for me and my sons as we were in town to catch a basketball game. The place was clean and comfortable for our stay. It was centrally located for all that we wanted to do.

Cozy getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a mom and dad weekend. It was perfect for the two of us, cozy and inviting! The location is great and a short car ride to downtown Indy.

Unique spot close to downtown

Super clean whole house rental in walking/easy scooter distance from downtown. Loved the vibe inside. Great clear communication with host throughout the trip. Great water pressure/temperature. Quiet street.

Home was cozy, water pressure is good, bed is comfortable, neighborhood is convenient to downtown and other areas. Host is very informative and friendly. Great experience!

Indianapolis

This was perfect for our trip to Indianapolis for the big ten basketball tournament. It was nice to have a full kitchen. About a mile walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, or a couple minute uber. Neighborhood was quiet a close walk to trendy coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely do again for our next trip to Indy.

Good location close to Lucus Oil Stadium.

Renovated single home with room for a couple to relax. Kitchen fully equiped. Washer and dryer added value for extended stay. Nice neighborhood.

Would definitely stay here again. Absolutely enjoyed our weekend. The house is exactly as described.. absolutely adorable. Very clean. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Bed was so comfortable. Communication was great. Overall fantastic place to stay.

Perfect Stay for a Weekend Swim Meet in Indy!

My son and I had a wonderful stay in this rental for a weekend swim meet at IUPUI. It was the perfect size for two people traveling from out of town. The full kitchen was a great bonus for cooking in, but with so many nearby restaurants, we also had plenty of dining options within easy reach. The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the pool, which made early morning warmups hassle-free. I could easily drop off my swimmer, head back to relax, and have breakfast before the competition began. The bath was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet with little traffic, adding to the convenience. Highly recommend for anyone coming into Indy for events!

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything about the house was perfect for us. The location was really great for anything we wanted to do in the downtown area. The decor is very cute and cozy. We loved the huge shower and the comfortable king sized bed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware so we could make dinner. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Indy and will recommend to friends and family. Communication with the host was also great. Thank you!

Very clean, great location. Seems to be a good neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Neighbors leave porch lights on all night also with decorative lights. Made it feel like a Christmas setting with the lights. Within walking distance of Lucas Oil stadium. 1.1 miles. Walked it at night after concert. Only negative was parking. On street parking, was pretty full by the time we arrived. We walked it at night after concert. stadium

This was my first time using VRBO, I wasn't sure what to expect. The owner was helpful with the process. The property is close to downtown Indy and restaurants. The house was clean and cozy.

This property is perfectly located in Indianapolis to get to all of the most popular venues life Lucas Oil Stadium, The Conference center, Bankers Life Arena, Fountain Square, and down town. Everything is within2.5 miles. Speedway (where the Indy raceway is) is about 10 minute drive. Easy access (less than a half mile) to Highway, and tons of eateries. This home is very well situated to see/get to all things Indy.

What makes our place unique is the location but also the decor, amenities and most of all VALUE that we offer. We you not find a place in Indy that is nicer, more comfortable, or close to everything, for the price. Period. Give us a try and you will see for yourself.

Outdoor living in front and back as well as grill and firepit. All of the amenities you would need or want while travelling. We also have dedicated office space for the business traveler.
