The Space

This fancy one-bedroom apartment occupies 73 sqm on the 3rd floor of District One Residences - Building 15, in Meydan City. It has capacity for four guests.
The interior is charming, as the modern design and unique decor accents make this place a not-to-miss!
The living room is furnished with a beige double sofa bed for your extra guests, an armchair, coffee table, and a beautiful rug. A 55'' HD Smart TV with Netflix is also available, along with decor items and wall paintings.
Next to the seating area stand four high chairs nested near the large kitchen counter.
The kitchen is neatly organized, and boasts beautiful white cabinets and black countertops.

It includes equipment such as hot water kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso machine and an electric stove.
Cooking basics, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil facilities, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and trash cans are also available for your convenience.
The room is well-lit, thanks to large glass doors, giving access to a balcony furnished with a table and two chairs. As you sip your morning coffee, you can take in the breathtaking view of the lagoon, as the balcony directly floats above it.
The bedroom features a white king-size bed, nightstand with lamp, a large mirror, cute shelves with decor accents, and wardrobe.
The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub, a toilet, and a washbasin.

A second bathroom for guests is also available; it includes a toilet and a washbasin.
Toiletries like cleaning products, hair dryer, hot water, towels, soap, and toilet paper are all provided.
The apartment is also equipped with safety equipment like carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, and first aid kit.
The apartment is also inclusive of a drying rack, hangers, iron, room-darkening shades, as well as a washing machine available in the building.
Extra pillows and blankets can be provided, upon request.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm on the date of your reservation.
