It has really nice outdoor green space with a murphy picnic table and lights to enjoy a beautiful evening outdoors with friends. It also has gorgeously renovated bathrooms. Its outfitted for babies, small children, and pets with amenities to accommodate.

Welcome to the Londoner, centrally located in Tanglewood/Briargrove area offering high end living and privacy. This 3BR/2.5 BA home features farmhouse European style living, with a comfortable open floorplan, and 1st floor primary bedroom. It also has a walk in shower and walk in closet, with most of the living space on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor offers a library & work area, a 2nd family room or flex room (yoga/meditation room) & 2 extra bedrooms. Situated a quiet neighborhood of Briargrove.

This holiday home has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 2 bathrooms fitted with a bath. Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home.

The holiday home offers a picnic area. A an indoor play area is also available for guests at The Londoner - Enjoy European style elegance, privacy and family-friendly amenities near the Galleria.

There's great wine storage including a bar, 2 wine fridges, and space to storage cold drinks/wine. There's also an expansive kitchen, spice rack, cooking appliances, coffee maker, tea selection etc. There is no shortage of great cooking and wine amenities in this home.

Great for entertaining. The home also features an indoor table that seats 8 people and an outdoor murphy picnic table that seats 6 people under the beautiful outdoor solar powered cafe lights.

Several different places to work from home (3 desks) and / or work out at home and enjoy the beauty and serenity of this quiet and beautiful home. We also offer children's books, crib, toys, and pet amenities as well. The home comes with a beautiful green space and sitting area to enjoy a glass of wine on a lovely evening outside.

Houston offers some gorgeous parks, and this is a great walking and bike riding neighborhood. Its all about convenience and amenities with this house, you have it all.

Electric bicycles with baby tow cart available, upon request, for a nominal $10/day charge for the 2 bikes and little kid buggy/baby seat during your stay. If you are needing extra baby things, just ask.

2 parking spots inside the garage and 2 parking spots on the turf in front of the home. Street parking is safe and free. Please observe parking etiquette as there's a shared driveway.

The Londoner is located West of the Galleria, in the Tanglewood/Briargrove area.; Near Voss and San Felipe; I love the proximity to Tanglewood and the Galleria. Just an 8 minute drive to the Galleria! Its a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are pretty amazing! Nearby restaurants including my favorite Thai, Japanese, and so many others! Memorial Park is just a few minute drive,. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods nearby as well. This home is surrounded by some of the most expensive homes in Houston. Examples of restaurants nearby include Miyako's Japanese, Thai Gourmet, the Ivy Bistro, Caracol, Mexican Seafood Kitchen, Ginger Cafe, Truluck's Seafood, Cafe Annie's and so much more.

Houston is a car town. There is absolutely no way public transportation will create the same experience as a car. Plenty of parking in the garage and in front of the garage and driveway. Also lots of street parking for guests.

I offer electric commuter bikes for a small charge if you would like to rent these. You’d need to sign a waiver for use as the bicycle driver takes responsibility for themselves should something happen.

For longer term stays of 2 weeks or more, there is a pet cleaning and deoderizing fee of $350 per pet.
SHOES IN HOUSE - Please don’t wear shoes in the house as we’d like to keep it clean.

PARKING - Be courteous for parking as this is a townhouse with a shared driveway. If your car is towed, you may have more peace of mind parking on the street.

TRASH - Mondays are trash pick up. Please make sure and put the cans to the street.

CLEANING - FULL SERVICE v. PARTIAL SERVICE - We keep the cleaning fees rock bottom. But in order to do this, we are asking that the dishes and laundry for linens and towels be done by the guest prior to departure. Also, please make sure you wash and dry the towels and sheets prior to your departure and start the cycle on the dishes. If you want a full service cleaning, where the cleaning ladies take care of all the sheets and towels and dishes, this can take as long as 6 hours. The charge for a full service cleaning is $150 extra.

PUTTING BACK THINGS WHERE THEY BELONG - $100 extra to put things back in the rooms where they were located. This includes the pack n play.

BABY PROOFING - If you need the house child proofed from infants and toddlers, the charge is $250. This is for set up and take down.
