The Neighborhood:

The home is in Cottage Grove, Houston TX, very close to Downtown, Energy Corridor, Galleria, Medical Center Area, and more! The neighborhood itself is a very peaceful area with cottage-style homes that delight with their historical arquitecture. Memorial Park lies south of the neighborhood, allowing all visitors to engage in fun outdoor activities.



Getting Around:

5 minutes to the beautifully green Memorial Park, 10 minutes to the beautiful Downtown of Houston and 15 minutes away from the Iconic Minute-Maid Park, home of the Houston Astros!



Other Things to Note:

- Parking:

2 Car garage is available for use. Please see photos in the listing pictures to get a better understanding of the parking. Please DO NOT BLOCK NEIGHBOR'S PARKING. ( Street parking is not allowed )



- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.



- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.



- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have queries or need clarification before booking.



- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.



- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.



- Hot Tub: Please note that the hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.

As this is an outdoor hot tub, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the hot tub is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.

The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.



- Landscaping: Is done once a week.



- SECURITY CAMERAS -

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.



- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs.



- Other: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
