This prime location puts you in close proximity to tons of entertainment, dining, bars, and shopping, central to The Galleria area! The Galleria Mall is only 1 mile away. Midtown is only 15 minutes away. Downtown is 10 miles away. For the sports fans, you`re nine miles from both the Toyota Center, NRG Stadium, and Minute Maid Park. To all of my partygoers, this location is less than 1 mile from the hottest bars. So as you can see, you have tons of options! :-)

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Please Note: A fully refundable $500 security deposit is required with this reservation. This hold helps ensure the home is maintained in excellent condition for all guests and will be released promptly after your stay, provided there are no issues.

- Events: Allowed with prior approval and a $300 event fee. Please contact us before booking.
- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Noise: Please respect our neighbors. Keep noise levels low at all times, especially after 10:00 PM.
- Extra Guests: Any undeclared guests will result in a fee per guest.
- Smoking: No smoking inside the home or in the garage. Smoking is only allowed on the backyard patio. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $500 fee.
- Food & Drinks: Not permitted in the bedrooms.
- Cleanliness: Treat the home as your own. Keep furniture and spaces in good condition, clean up after yourself, and store garbage in trash cans.
- Towels & Linens: Black towels are provided for makeup removal. Please do not use white towels for makeup. Stained towels will incur a replacement fee per towel. Heavily soiled bed linens will incur a $50 replacement fee per set.
- Pets: Allowed with payment of the pet fee at booking. Evidence of unpaid pets will result in a $250 fee.
- Excessive Cleaning/Damage: If the property is left excessively dirty, a $250 cleaning fee will apply. Damaged or missing items will be charged at replacement cost.
