Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed, two recliners and an attached private Balcony with seating, making this room a wonderful place to enjoy quiet moments. The third bedroom offers two daybeds, and these rooms share a full bath. The laundry room is on the upper level as well! There is a fully appointed Kitchen and a gas grill on the lower deck for your mealtime needs! Centrally located close to the West gate, this home is close to restaurants, bars and grocery stores. 

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Guest Access:
Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities.
