Waveland Public Beach next door features lifeguard on duty daily. Steps from Indian River and private fishing dock, this charming home features a private patio for relaxing and a den for extra space when you need a break from the beach. All Stays Longer than 28 Days are required a Bi-weekly cleaning at the guest's personal expense during their stay. A Representative will be contacting you to schedule your cleaning for the duration of your stay. Failure to do so will result and an extra cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

Rules for Waveland:
These rules are intended to promote the peaceful enjoyment of living in our community.
GATHERINGS : Gatherings of more the maximum number of people allowed in this property at any given time is 6 people. Events and Parties of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

PARKING:
-Guest must park in their homes driveway.
-No parking on the grass.
-No overnight parking on the street.
-Overnight parking of a Pick-up Trucks , Boats, Motor Home, trailer, must be approved prior to booking. Additional charges and/or security deposit may apply.
-No Commercial vehicle (including cars with exterior signage)
-Be considerate of your neighbors and do not block entrance or exit from their garage or driveway.

PRIVATE BEACH AREA:
-NO GLASS of any kind is allowed in the private beach area or on the Beach.
-Swim at your own risk. No persons who cannot swim will be allowed in the beach without supervision.
-No Dogs on the beach or in private beach & tower area (Not a dog friendly beach. Must take your dog to a Local dog friendly beach.)
-The use of the private beach & tower area is for residents and guests.
-No smoking of any kind is allowed in the Private beach & tower area.
-Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children.
-If you need help or an emergency Call 911 or go to the closest lifeguard tower at Waveland Beach.

GARBAGE COLLECTION:
-Please have your garbage packed into large plastic bags or container out in front of your home Tuesday and Friday. Friday is also recycling day. All recyclables can be placed in one bin. All trash bins MUST be placed by the road before pickup and removed from curbside on day of schedule pickup. (We recommend that you place your bins out the night before as the pickup times vary from 5am to noon.)

PETS:
-We love your pets and welcome them. However, Florida Insurance companies have restricted certain specific breeds from rental properties (we disagree but have no choice in this).
-Restricted Breeds: Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita, Chow, Presa Canario, Wolf, American Bulldog, Beauceron, Caucasian Mountain Dog, Great Dane, Keeshond, Stafford Terrier
-All dogs must be kept under control and leashed when outside. This is Martin County Law.
-If your dog defecates within the neighborhood, you are required to remove it and clean it up. This again is a Martin County law. Bags are provided in the home.
-Please crate your dog, When they are left alone.
-The homeowner and by extension any renter is responsible to quiet any barking dog.
-NO CATS

DOCK
-Dock use for guests is Only for fishing. (Refer to your House manual/Guidebook for location)
-No guest use of dock for boats/watercraft or overnight docking.
-All fish cleaning and bait preparation must be cleaned up and properly disposed of.
-Any fishing gear must be cleaned after use. (May not apply to all homes)
-Bait buckets must be removed from the decking of the dock when not in use.
-No Bicycles, Skateboards, Roller Skates or the like shall be allowed on the dock.
-No Dock slips are available for Rent. Slips are not permitted for guest usage. No Trespassing on private docks or in the Marina.
- the guest are allowed to use the Private Boat Ramp is for Kayak/Paddleboard launching only. Not for Boat or watercraft use of guests.

QUIET TIME
-Any noise emanating from your property or from you personally anywhere within the neighborhood including the dock, which could affect the peaceful nature of the neighborhood, must not start before 8am and must cease by 10pm.
-Please note that after booking this property, you are required to provide us with color copies of Government Issued Photos ID's for every person in your party who is 18 years of age or older within 24 hours of making the reservation. We are required and retain the right to perform a felony background check on each person. Any person's with a SEXUAL FELONY CONVICTION will not be permitted on the property. Full refunds will be granted if this affects your ability to keep your reservation.
-ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR RERSERVATION.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
-100% refunds will be granted for cancelations requested in writing prior to 60 days of your scheduled arrival date and a 50% refund prior to 30 days of arrival. Cancelations within 30 days of arrival will not be honored unless some or all of your dates are booked by another traveler which may be equal to or less than your total booking amount, depending on the number of days we are able to fill. Please note that any credit card payment or refund fees incurred by Good Vibes Vacation Rental Mgt. associated with your cancelation will be subtracted from your refund.
"On-Sight Payment Method' fees (7.25%) for reservations booked through HomeAway (VRBO) or Directly are not refundable. All refunds including any Security Damage Deposits will be issued by a check and mailed to your mailing address on file at no additional fee, or by request only, can be refunded back to the original credit card and will be subject 5% processing fee.




We are always available to call or text up until 8:30pm at night. I do have a local crew that can handle most issues.

The Waveland Beach house is located in the quaint waterfront community on the Indian River in historic Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island. The neighborhood consists of colorful single-family duplex homes with private beautiful yards. Within a two-minute walk, you have access to the private dock leading out onto the Indian River to enjoy a day of fishing or a three-minute walk to the community's own privately owned beach access & viewing tower.

The Waveland Beach House is the perfect position for those that enjoy passing the days at beautiful beaches and parks. The Jensen Beach Causeway Park is just a 5-minute drive away. It has picnic areas, a public boat launch, a children’s playground, restrooms, fishing piers, and water access to the Indian River great for kayaking, paddle boarding, windsurfing, and Jet Skiing. Jensen Beach Park is also 5-minutes away from the home. It is the largest public beach in the area offering plenty of parking, showers, restrooms, picnic areas, sand volleyball courts, a concession stand, and a lifeguard service. And Waveland Public Beach (with Lifeguards) is located directly next to the Community's Private Beach making for a safe and unforgettable stay.

For a night out on the town, you just need to take a short 5 minute drive to the wonderful Kyle G's Restaurant or 10-minute drive down the waterfront towards the Ocean Breeze Plaza in Downtown Jensen Beach to find restaurants like Mulligan’s Beach House Bar & Grill, 11 Maple Street, Circa 69, Lures Riverfront and Cinco de Mayo Mexican Cuisine in the heart of Jensen Beach. There are also shops and services such as a Publix Supermarket, a pharmacy, dry cleaners, a nail salon, and hairdressers/barbers. Or you can be adventurous an take a short 18 mile drive up to Historical Fort Peirce for a shopping or a nice meal or over looking the Fort Pierce Jetty.

The Waveland Beach house is a short located to the NE Causeway Blvd and the A1A so you can be back on the mainland in minutes. In just over an hour you can spend the day perusing the shops at Boynton Beach or continue down the I-95 for 10 more minutes to get to Delray Beach.

Early checkin and checkout availability will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will result in additional $25/hour.

Fully furnished home is equipped with all the basic needs for your stay, charming beach house is located in a wonderful unique community on Hutchinson Island and beautifully decorated in a nautical coastal theme.
This wonderful home includes Dock for fishing which is available from the community dock, or wonderful shore fishing from our miles and miles of sand beaches located just a less than 5 minute away. Great local restaurants in Jensen Beach or along the ocean, or go a little further to Jensen Beach for more restaurants, shopping and theatre. Some fun Golf courses are in the area. Making an early tee time a joy. Jensen Beach is located perfectly for those that want to day trip to Disney or any of the Orlando parks. Just a quick trip south to West Palm and Miami. Get away to the beach!
