You'll also be treated to private, sugar-white beaches, natural sand dunes, and beautifully landscaped surroundings. The complex is family-friendly with activities suitable for all ages, and it's just a 15-minute drive from Gulf Shores' many attractions.
Inside this charming unit, you'll find two beautifully designed bedrooms, both featuring queen beds, as well as two bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and the other shared with the guest bedroom. The spacious living room includes a sleeper sofa to accommodate two additional guests, along with a queen air mattress to ensure everyone has a comfortable spot.
The dining area is set for four guests, and there's a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities to prepare a vacation-worthy meal. You'll find a standard coffee pot, toaster oven, and a crockpot for your convenience. The kitchen also features bar seating for two additional guests.
The balcony provides a lovely peek of the Gulf and the pool area, ensuring you have a delightful view. To enhance your beach experience, the owner has thoughtfully provided a beach cart, a couple of reusable beach chairs, and some beach toys for your enjoyment.
For added convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities, located on the first floor behind the elevator.
For winter reservations during January and February, a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required for bookings made prior to October 1st. Reservations that don't meet this criterion may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months with a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking passes are required and can be purchased via a link sent two days before your arrival to secure parking.
Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

Boats or trailers are not allowed on the property.
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
Smoking is not allowed.
