Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
Treat yourself to the only ski-in/out building at Heavenly that also has an elevator and lake view. This perfect, impeccably maintained two bedroom, two bath condo located between Stagecoach and Boulder runs and chairlifts. The Tahoe Rim Trail is located just below the building.
Recently updated with cozy, quality finishes, such as a travertine entry, solid wood maple flooring, a beautiful kitchen with granite counters, maple cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and travertine floors. After a day on the slopes, curl up with your vacation read by the gas log fireplace. Both bathrooms have custom travertine flooring and showers with granite counters and maple vanities. The primary bath features a jetted tub.
Located on a bus stop, there’s no need for a car to get here and certainly no need for a car to go ski. Put on your gear at the place, look for the sign to the ski slope (located in the building’s parking lot), and go.
Tahoe Village swimming pool and hot tub access are included, so whether you are there or sitting on your deck with lake views, or apres ski, you have the best of both worlds!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
