Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

Conveniently located just minutes from the Stagecoach and Boulder Lodges at Heavenly, this newly updated, two-bedroom condo is the ideal alpine getaway. Walk 350 yards to the community pool then enjoy the lovely sunset views back home.

Inside, find ski-themed decor, a gas fireplace, and a 42-inch TV equipped with Chromecast and Apple TV (stream directly from your mobile device). The modern kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and there's space to dine at the countertop and the dining table.

The primary suite includes a 32-inch TV, access to a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and shower.

Additional amenities include free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and a ski storage locker that's stocked with two beach chairs and sand toys.

Stroll 530 yards to award-winning dining, or drive just a few minutes to the Stagecoach or Boulder Lodge at Heavenly (or hop on the complimentary winter shuttle). In the summer months, drive five miles to the beach and Lake Tahoe, or head equidistant to Van Sickle Bi-State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
