When you’re not out adventuring, playing games, or swimming in our heated pool, some downtime might be in order. Our utility room is stocked with cleaning supplies and a washer/dryer for housekeeping necessities.

It’s also easy to find a place for some private RandR, as the home comes with four full bathrooms. Savor the soothing jets of our soaker tub, and wrap up in a soft robe to enjoy a glass of wine from the wraparound deck.

At night, there’s no better place to chill out than our massive gardened backyard. Dip in the pool during the warmer months, or gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows and swap stories.

Guests have access to free private parking in the driveway, which can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.

Our heated in-ground pool is available around May until the beginning of September

There is a fee to use the pool heater: $75/day

While the barbecue grill is available for your use, please note that we do not provide propane for the grill. If you plan on having a barbecue during your stay, kindly bring your own propane canister to fuel the grill. This will help you enjoy your outdoor cooking without any interruptions.

I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is $300

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• The fee for bringing an unauthorized pet is $500. I appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is $500 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
