This 5 bed, 4.5 bath pool home sleeps 10 and is a luxury Reunion home located within the Reunion Resort. It is within easy walking distance to the Reunion Grand Hotel, the Clubhouse and the Seven Eagles Resort Pool and Pavilion. Reunion Resort is located in the Champions Gate area.

KITCHEN and DINING AREAS
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing a quick snack to a full family meal and features stainless steel appliances. It has a breakfast bar with seating for 2, an adjoining breakfast nook overlooking the pool area with seating for 4 and a formal dining room with seating for 6.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is a bright open floor plan with vaulted ceiling and has a very comfortable, large sectional sofa and two armchairs for watching the large flat screen Smart TV. There are sliding doors leading to the pool area and it overlooks the kitchen/breakfast bar area.

Enjoyed by everyone is the Harely Davidson Themed, fully air conditioned Games Room! It features a large sofa to enjoy the PS3 games system (with 2 remotes), as well as New Slate Pool Table and Hardley Davidson Full Size Pin Ball Machine!

LAUNDRY AREA
Off the kitchen is a door to the laundry room with full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. It leads onto the pool area.

POOL AREA
Access to the South West facing pool, lanai, and games room can be found through the laundry area, kitchen breakfast nook, sliding glass doors in the living room and also from the Master Bedroom. Relax in the outdoor private swimming pool! Enjoy al fresco dining on the patio that seats 8 as well as 6 loungers. There is a pool bathroom outside for your convenience too!
* The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $35 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.
* Pool heat is set to 88 F. If you would like pool heat, please request it at least 1 week in advance.
* Pool heater runs from 7am - 11pm (sufficient time to heat the pool).
* If you would like to rent a gas BBQ, they start at $70 per week plus tax - please inquire.

PARKING
There is a parking space for 1 car at the side of the house, parking for 2 cars behind the garage at the back of the house and ample parking for 2-3 cars in front of the property. Please take care not to block other properties.

Not happy

We came to this property and didn’t have a lot of the basic things lik towels,Toilet paper, garbage bags and the list goes on. There was a comforter missing on one of the beds. The toilet was leaking. So we called the management they sent a lady who did nothing about it. She said she’s going to send somebody else to help us . That person never came We were there in January so we paid for the pool heater. But it don’t work that first day that’ same lady told us that the fuse blew out . She told us they’ll give us a refund for that day … ( we never got the refund) the house was cold on the first floor but very hot upstairs. After speaking to the manager she told me that all of our concerns would be addressed but they never were. Even the skidding doors in the bedroom wouldnt open …Over all I’m not happy with the stay . After all the problems I asked if we could at least have a late check out, cause our flight was as delayed. They refused. I’m not going to stay there again.

Overall it was good

This is a nice spacious home in a great neighborhood. We liked that it was big enough for my family of 7 to spread out and it provided a great space to gather in the den and dining areas -close to the parks as well as grocery stores to get needed items. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that were quickly resolved when we called, but there were a few items that didn't seem very clean. There were MANY dishes, cookware, utensils, etc that were dirty. For example, a coffee cup with dried coffee in the bottom, cutting board that had dried tomato pieces on it like it was put back after using without washing, cooking pan with dried food left in it - and this was not just one or two things that maybe got accidently put away from the dishwasher, but likely prior renters that had just put dirty dishes back in the cabinets. We washed all items before using because of this. Also, sheets and pillowcases on a couple of the beds were pretty badly stained or dirty, and comforters seems dirty in a couple of bedrooms. When we pulled the sheets off one of the beds, the mattress protector was really dirty, so kitchen items and bedding seemed to need a good cleaning. Not a lot of tv channels but we were gone most of the time, so not a big deal for us. I definitely liked Reunion, but would pick a different property next time.

Nice home, amenities not as initially advertised

The game room was a draw for us, but the pinball machine doesn't work and neither does the AC. We called three times and were told they would report it to their HVAC person. 8 days later, still no AC. This home does not provide access to the water park or mini-golf at the resort. They changed the ad after our stay, because it was misleading. It still says you will have access to golf, but according to the property management company, that amenity is also not available with this rental. I confirmed the water park would be available prior to booking and both email and text confirmations confirming that was the case. When we arrived we were very disappointed to be told we would not have access to those amenities. The home itself is nice. They do not provide wash clothes or hand towels, just bath and pool towels, so take your own.

Our little getaway.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable the only disappointment was that we booked this house basically because it had a very nice game room which we could not enjoy because the AC was not working. We did not have plans to go out just stay in and enjoy which we did but we would’ve loved to had been able to utilize the game room. Everything is was great.
