Welcome to Sirvano House! We are excited to welcome you to this newly renovated and decorated retreat with an enhanced backyard! Minutes from Palm Springs, La Quinta, Joshua Tree, Coachella/Stagecoach and more. You have a gated community with 24/7 security and a 27-hole golf course offering breathtaking mountain and golf course views. You also have access to larger community swimming pools and hot tubs, tennis courts and a fitness center. A key to the portal is provided.
The room
The house is equipped with Wi - Fi, smart TVs, modern amenities, brand new appliances, washer and dryer, dishwasher, games, gas and charcoal BBQ with outdoor dining area, private, large, upgraded backyard with new heated pool - hot tub , overlooking a new pergola as well as a new concrete walkway with plenty of lounge seating! The backyard faces west so you can enjoy a small pond with the fountain.

The NA Sirvano House is a newly renovated 3 bed/2 bath home located in the famous Indian Palms Country Club. The master bedroom has a king mattress with an en-suite bathroom that includes double sinks. It includes a wardrobe and a smart TV. The room has its own access to the second small patio, where a 3 in 1 multi-gaming table is located. The second bedroom has a memory foam double bed and a small closet and smart TV. The last bedroom has 2 bunk beds with twin mattresses. 8 guests will fit comfortably in the beds provided. The 9th and 10th guest will sleep on provided single beds. The second bathroom and toilet is located in the corridor between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

Kitchen
The house has a fully stocked kitchen with appliances/tools for all your kitchen needs. Kitchen with amenities including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, tea and blender. The property is stocked with cooking and serving items including dishes, pots and pans, glasses, mugs, plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons and more. The home features both a Keurig coffee maker and a spice, salt and pepper rack.
Guest access
Within 24 hours prior to check-in, guests will receive a code for the smart lock on the front door during their stay. Guests have access to the entire property. Excluding the owners cloakroom and golf garage. The property has enough parking space for 4 vehicles. Two in the garage and two in the driveway. Street parking is permitted during the day, but no overnight street parking is permitted. Vehicles may be fined and/or towed.
Other things to note
PET FEES
Our house is pet friendly. There is one set of dog bowls. We allow up to two small pets for a fee of USD 150 per pet per day. These fees will be collected upon confirmation of your reservation. Undisclosed pets will be subject to a $500 fee and possible eviction without refund.
All damages are your responsibility, including for companion animals. There will be a refundable pet damage deposit of USD 250.

Safety
Your safety is our priority! Smoke/carbon monoxide detectors are located throughout the house. There are two fire extinguishers (one in the garage and one in the laundry room). There is a first aid kit in the kitchen pantry. The concrete around the pool gets extremely hot during the summer months! Take care to protect your feet and your pet's feet!
For the safety and security of guests and residents, Indian Palm Country Club is gated with 24-hour security around the community. We will collect all the information needed to enter the community after booking. Guest check-in and check-out is off Monroe Street with 24-hour security. Please note that the roads and front door will be severely affected during major festivals. Plan ahead and be patient.

Pool - Spa Heating - Additional charge $100/night

Please let me know if you would like to add it prior to arrival so I can turn on the POOL
HEAT 3 - 5 hours before my arrival. Do not touch the system! It will be turned on by me and controlled remotely.
If you forget, the note fee will still be charged regardless.
The price will be $100/day and two-day minimum use. The cost of heating the pool for a monthly rental is a fixed price of USD 500 per month.
Please note that our pool maintenance company comes twice a week (Monday and Friday) through the back door.
These vendors are permitted on site; guests have no right to refuse these services.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT REQUESTS
Pending availability, we may be able to accommodate early check-in/late
check-out requests for an additional fee of $30/hour. Check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 11:00.

ADDITIONAL GUEST
After 8 guests there will be $50 additional fee per guest per night

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING?
We ensure a clean departure for all stays. Can be cleaned mid-week or mid-stay
for an additional fee. Please let us know before you check in.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Please note that there are 3 surveillance cameras on the property: one located outside
the garage door, one on the side door and one on the backyard.

NOISE POLICY
Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays and 9:00 AM - 8:00 AM on Sundays
through Thursdays. Please be responsible, we want our guests to enjoy their stay, but
not at the expense of disturbing our neighbors and community.

Important things to note:

- Minimum booking age is 21 years. If you book, your reservation can be canceled without a refund
- A call from the neighbors to the city will bring officials to your door to release vacation rentals
- If you continue to violate house rules and regulations, you may be evicted without a refund
- Avoid glassware by the pool. Non-breakable utensils provided
- No diving, no running around the pool
- Remember to turn on the BBQ gas for use and turn off afterwards
- Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00pm During this time we kindly ask you to refrain from
loud music outside and loud conversations.
- There is a camera on the door and a camera mounted outside the garage
- There is a fee of USD 100/day to heat the pool - Jacuzzi.
- Do not smoke inside. Smoke removal fee of $1,000 if smoke is found after release.
We will have to charge guests for this.

- Wi-Fi tampering is prohibited and may result in eviction
without refund
- keep the house clean and refrain from eating in the bedroom
- This is non-smoking house, both inside and outside. Please respect this.
- We provide pool towels! Please do not use bath towels in the pool.
- Rubbish and recycling are located outside the house if the indoor bin becomes
full during your stay. Please empty both at checkout.
- Garbage and recycling are emptied on Mondays.

RELEASE AND DISCLAIMER AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
You understand that you assume full responsibility for all personal injury resulting from swimming and all accidents that may occur on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand that there are potential dangers with swimming and that it may pose a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol or drugs and children who are not closely supervised. Tenant indemnifies, defends and holds harmless Property Owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, personal and/or property damages, fines, liens, losses and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees , arising out of or in any way connected with your stay at our property and surrounding land, including claims for loss or damage to property or for death or personal injury. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while staying at the venue or facilities. Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of guest's personal items or valuables. By accepting this reservation, all guests expressly assume the risk of damages arising from the use of the premises or from others they invite to the property.
