Welcome to The Iris! A stylish, newly renovated townhome tucked away on a quiet Midtown street, but still close to all of the top attractions. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home features a fully stocked kitchen, dining set for 6 guests, and private deck with gas grill. Traveling on business? You'll enjoy the super-fast WIFI and dedicated office space with printer. Dogs under 25lbs permitted for $50 per stay.

The space
The first floor features a cozy living room with 60" smart TV, formal dining area with seating for up to 6 guests, and a fully stocked kitchen. Off the kitchen is a private deck with gas grill and outdoor seating. On the 2nd floor you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed, the full bathroom, and an office with laundry area. On the 3rd floor is another loft-style bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a full-size futon and a half-bath. Both bedrooms are well equipped with dressers, smart TVs, and closets. PLEASE NOTE: Stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors are rather steep and narrow and may be challenging for some guests.

For our furry guests, a dog bed, food & water bowls, and pet stroller are available upon request.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house with the exception of the basement and a supply closet in the office.

Other things to note
On-street parking is available all day Saturday and Sunday or after 6pm on Weekdays. Monday through Friday a permit is needed between the hours of 8am-3pm and 4pm-6pm. Contact your host to request a visitors pass for $15 if you intend to be parked at the home during these hours.

Please Note: Pricing is based on number of guests. Any guests not included in the booking but entering the property will be charged as guests for the entire stay regardless of their length of stay.
