The pool comes with an attached spill-over pool spa where you can treat yourself to a soothing time. The covered poolside patio provides a great spot to dine alfresco and also enjoy your favorite series on the smart TV.

This air-conditioned abode boasts an open floor plan with modern and chic accents throughout. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living area, furnished with comfy sofa chairs located right in front of a large smart TV for your viewing pleasure. The open kitchen allows you to prepare mouth-watering culinary masterpieces with all of its grand and modern appliances. A Keurig coffee maker is included as well as a stand mixer in case you wish to channel your inner baker. Right off the kitchen is a designated laundry area with a washer/dryer for your convenience and attached to it is a private working space with a desk and a printer. By the main entrance is a rec room, equipped with a comfortable sectional and a huge smart TV with streaming. This is the perfect place to binge-watch the final season of that series you have been meaning to watch!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
