With space for 10 guests across 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, this dwelling is perfect for family vacations or reunions with friends. Nestled in the heart of Palm Coast, you can witness breathtaking sunsets right from your dock or embark on aquatic adventures by bringing along your boat or kayaks.

The heated pool, located within a spacious lanai, is enhanced by a large poolside patio and an inviting outdoor dining area. Most rooms provide stunning water views, and the living and family rooms boast comfortable couch seating along with smart TVs for your entertainment. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi throughout the home, making it easy to keep in touch with family and friends while enjoying your beach escape.

Luxury at Sunset Bay:
- The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a lavish Roman tub and walk-in shower. With wall-to-floor sliding doors, you have direct access to the pool and the serene canal waterway.
- Guest bedrooms offer inviting spaces with queen-sized beds and smart TVs, while the fourth bedroom features twin bunk beds that comfortably sleep four. This room also has a private bathroom and dresser space for storage.

Outdoor Paradise:
- Enjoy year-round swimming in the heated in-ground pool overlooking the tranquil canal. If you choose to have the pool heated, just let us know in advance, and we’ll ensure it’s perfect upon your arrival, with a fee of $287 per week or $200 for multiple week stays.
- With a two-car attached garage, there’s ample room for your gear and toys. Spend your days wandering the neighborhood or taking short trips to stunning nearby locations.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Car is definitely recommended. Lots of biking trails in the area.

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions. Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
