This beautiful residence features a heated pool and spa along with two primary bedrooms, making it ideal for families and groups looking for a serene getaway. The spacious layout includes three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms within a fully fenced area, allowing you to relish privacy and security. Imagine gathering with loved ones beneath the elegant 16' vaulted ceilings, enjoying the bright open chef's kitchen equipped with modern stainless-appliances, gorgeous granite counters, and a convenient breakfast bar.

Your comfort is our priority at VILLA LAS PALMAS. The home's layout offers a formal dining room seating eight, a cozy family room perfect for evening entertainment, and a game room with a pool/ping pong table that will surely entertain guests of all ages. Large sliding glass doors allow seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces, leading you to a covered screened-in pool area that resembles a park-like backyard oasis.

Spacious Accommodations:
Primary Bedroom 1 features a plush king bed along with dual vanity sinks, a luxurious walk-in shower and tub, and a sizeable walk-in closet for all your belongings. Guest Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed paired with a trundle bed accommodating two more, making it perfect for children or extra guests. Bedroom 3 also offers a queen-sized bed, ensuring cozy nights for all. Each bedroom is equipped with smart TVs for endless entertainment.

Luxury Amenities:
VILLA LAS PALMAS provides all the amenities for a convenient and relaxing stay. The house features a separate in-house laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, enabling you to keep your clothes fresh during your visit. In addition to the heated pool—available for an extra cost of $287 per week—the home boasts a gas grill for outdoor barbecues, a two-car garage for your vehicles, and even two bicycles for your enjoyment.

Pet-Friendly Environment:
Traveling with pets? VILLA LAS PALMAS welcomes your furry friends! For a nominal fee of $100 per pet, you can enjoy a pet-friendly atmosphere while creating unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions. Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
