VILLA LAS PALMAS is a beautiful home that features a heated pool and spa with two primary bedrooms; 3 bed/2.5 bath. This fully fenced home will entertain the entire family. 16' Vaulted ceilings throughout the home lead to the chefs kitchen with wine cooler. The spacious open floor plan features a formal dining room that seats 8, a family room, and game room which features a pool table/ping pong table.

The Space:
VILLA LAS PALMAS is a beautiful, fully renovated and custom interior designed home that features a heated pool and spa with two master bedrooms (3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms). This fully fenced home will entertain the entire family. 16' Vaulted ceilings through out the home lead to the bright, open chefs kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, upgraded cabinetry, breakfast bar, and wine cooler. The spacious open floor plan features a formal dining room that seats 8, a family room to spend your nights with family and friends, and game room which features a pool table/ ping pong table. The sliding glass doors lead to the covered, screened-in pool and spa like a park-like backyard outdoor oasis.

Primary bedroom 1 features a king bed with a dual vanity, walk in shower and tub, spacious walk in closet. Guest bedroom 2 features a queen bed and a trundle bed that sleeps 2. Bedroom 3 features a queen sized bed. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVS. Separate in house laundry room with W&D, gas grill, 2 car garage, and 2 bicycles for your use and entertainment.

We are pet friendly, $100 per pet will be added to your stay. Please let us know if you intend to bring any of the following.

Conveniently located in between St. Augustine and Daytona and close to Jacksonville and Orlando.

The pool is heated, please contact us if you would like to use the heating option for additional cost of $287 per week. Spa will only work if you purchase heated pool!

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.

Excellent Vacation House for Family

Spent a week spring break with my family in Florida. Excellent pool area, the kids loved it. The kitchen was used for every day cooking and barbecuing. Kitchen was especially spacious and easy to organize our stuff. the extra bedrooms were comfortable for my Parents and Sister and her children. This place is excellent if you want to go to the nearby towns like St. Augustine and Daytona beach. Also a good spot to stay if your seeing family and friends and can make a trip to Disney World. The house was very spacious and bright and clean. I was able to get restful sleep as the private neighborhood was quiet. Our corgi loved the place as the space gave us enough privacy in the Master Bedroom and provided nice bedrooms for our family guests. Everything was clean and organized. They had the essentials in for cooking and cleaning and they had an excellent samsung washer dryer. The TVs were east to use. They were able to provide additional ameneties which proved very helpful. Overall, we had an very good experience and our vacation whizzed by without any issues.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

We were welcomed into this beautiful and spacious home. Neutral colors and uncluttered. The kitchen was one of the best I’ve stayed in, but there wasn’t a lot of glassware. there were plenty of plastic glasses, including wine glasses to take to the pool, so we used those for indoor use. Appliances were top notch and everything worked with no surprises. The house was also very clean. The pool area had plenty of chaise lounges and chairs and there were no tears in the screening of the cage. I did notice a little green around the bottom of the pool upon arrival. This would eventually get worse and by the fourth day of our six day stay, the pool was green and cloudy and no one wanted to venture into it. The spa portion of the pool was delightful and not impacted by the pool’s condition. I think there was just some minor maintenance needed to get the pool back in shape. One note, while there is a railing to get into the spa/whirlpool tub, there are no railing to assist getting in and out of the pool. This could be a problem for some people. The only thing that I found lacking is perhaps something that someone else would find appealing: location. There doesn’t seem to be much to do in Bunnell proper (with the exception of the Southern Table Restaurant), but you are within a half hour or so from Ormond Beach, Daytona and St. Augustine. Overall, this is a great home, perfect for couples or those traveling with children. There were bikes in the garage and a nice grill.

Palm Coast Fl Paradise

The house was exactly as shown - very clean & a great location! Only 20 minutes to Flagler Beach (beautiful drive) & 30 minutes to Daytona. The neighborhood was nice & quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean house great communication with host!

House was real clean inside, but outside and around the pool needs a clean up and updating. Host was great, responded very quickly to our needs. It was really nice to be able to use the garage and have two bikes. Neighborhood wasn’t the greatest, but you felt somewhat safe. I won’t be coming back, but I would recommend the house for certain situations.
