The Space:
VILLA LAS PALMAS is a beautiful home that features a heated pool and spa with two primary bedrooms; 3 bed/2.5 bath. This fully fenced home will entertain the entire family. 16' vaulted ceilings throughout the home lead to the chef's kitchen with wine cooler. The spacious open floor plan features a formal dining room that seats 8, a family room, and a game room which includes a pool table and ping pong table. VILLA LAS PALMAS is a fully renovated and custom interior designed home that provides a perfect getaway.

The sliding glass doors lead to a covered, screened-in pool and spa, creating a park-like backyard outdoor oasis. The home is conveniently located between St. Augustine and Daytona, and close to Jacksonville and Orlando, making it an ideal spot for your dream vacation.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
- Primary bedroom 1 features a king bed with a dual vanity, walk-in shower, tub, and spacious walk-in closet.
- Guest bedroom 2 features a queen bed and a trundle bed that sleeps 2.
- Bedroom 3 features a queen-sized bed.
- All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs.

Amenities:
- Heated pool available for an additional cost of $287 per week.
- Spa will only work if you purchase heated pool.
- Fully fenced yard for privacy.
- In-house laundry room with washer and dryer.

Pet Policy:
- We are pet friendly, with a $100 fee per pet added to your stay.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions.
- Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay.
- Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi-week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
- If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, we do offer secure off-site parking approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. If you’d like to reserve a space, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can add it to your reservation and provide you with the access code.
