Our west side town home, close to Ft. Riley, K-State, NBAF, MHK Airport, and Colbert Hills will provide you with a safe, clean, and sanitary stay that offers a 1 car garage and an external entrance with a smart lock that allows for no contact check in and check out. At the intersection of Kimball/Scenic and Anderson the location offers easy access to the surrounding areas, with Colbert Hills just down the street that will take you straight to Bill Snyder Family Stadium, Bramlage Colosseum, and NBAF. Anderson will take you straight to Westloop, Kansas State university, and then Aggieville and Scenic provides direct access to the MHK airport and Ft. Riley. With out being directly on top of anything, it provides great access to all the local draws.

We partner with professional cleaners who are dedicated to maintaining a spotless and sanitized living space for each guest. Our housekeeping fees are paid directly to our cleaners, so you can rest assured you are getting a clean and hygienic environment to stay in.

We also believe that small details can make a big difference in your experience, which is why we provide Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper, Dove body was, and quality shampoo and conditioner for our guests to use during their stay. We want you to feel pampered and at home during their stay.

Our smart locks allow for 24-hour contact-free-check-in and check-out, giving you the flexibility to arrive and depart on your own schedule. We provide each guest with a unique code that is only valid during their stay, ensuring their safety and convenience.

We know that travel plans can change unexpectedly, and we want to ensure that our guests have piece of mind when booking their stay with us. As such, there is travel insurance offered on some of the booking sites. If it is available, you will see the option(s) at the time of checkout, as well as information on the policy. Any questions about the policies need to be directed to the provider, as it is a third party service that we cannot answer for. We want you to feel confident when booking your stay with us, knowing that you have protection.

We understand that traveling can be stressful, but our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. We believe that you deserve a high-quality experience during your stay, and we are committed to delivering that to you.

**House Rules**

We want all welcome you to our short-term rental! To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests, we have established the following rules:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping and any other smoking related products. Guests who violate this rule will be charged a cleaning fee and will be asked to leave without refund. Where smoking is allowed outside of a property, dispose of all butts into something safe and place in the exterior trash cans. Do not bring the butts back into the unit to throw away.

Parties are not allowed on the property at any time. Our rental is located in a residential area and we expect our guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

We have a strict maximum occupancy limit, which is clearly stated in our listings. Guests who exceed this limit will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Please ask any questions related to gatherings prior to booking, as we follow our stated cancellation policies.

To ensure the safety and security of our guests, we have installed noise and occupancy monitors as well as exterior cameras. These devices are intended to detect excessive noise levels, occupancy over the maximum allowed limit, and any unusual activity outside the rental. Tampering with these devices is strictly prohibited, and guests who do so will be asked to leave without a refund. Quiet hours are between 9 P.M. and 7 A.M. unless otherwise stated.

Pets are not allowed on the property without prior approval. Guests who bring pets without approval may be asked to leave without a refund. If the unit is listed as no pets, then no pets are allowed. If pets are allowed, what kind of pets and how many are allowed will depend on the property and pet waste needs to be picked up and placed in a sealed container/bag before disposing of it in an exterior trash can. Do not bring pet waste back into a unit. Any additional costs for cleaning or picking up after pets will be charged back to guests.

Please note that you will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. This agreement outlines all of our policies and procedures and will be sent to you electronically upon booking. Failure to sign the rental agreement may cause your reservation to be forfeited and your booking my be cancelled without a refund. By booking our rental, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement in a timely manner. A copy of the rental agreement can be found on the Complete BnB property management website if you want to look at it first.

Numerous emails from company, application and VRBO. App, DACK was helpful once I and the other mom understood it. For example Kids, and adults, wanted WI-FI password. Was not written on the board. Found it via the app later Saturday (day 2)via application DACK. App showed Wi-Fi but appeared those were amenities rather clickable links. Everything was hotel basic. Downstairs was cold while upstairs was warmer. Thankfully I brought blankets as there was only the sheet and blanket (thin) provided. Beds were comfortable! Largest pot had a top, broken handle, screw only. Luckily there was a pot holder. Showers, provided shampoo/conditioner/soap “worked”. Conditioner barely came out. Again, luckily I brought my own. Kitchen forks small and cheap. Me having a disability had a more difficult time holding it due to it being very small. Home was also dim. Lights not working above stove. Different bulbs in kitchen, LR overhead and LR lamp. We moved the lamp to kitchen for table are to be a bit brighter. If garage is manual only, what is the point of the keypad on the outside? Lastly, asked for a late checkout via app late last night and it was still pending this am. Should not be charged as we checked out before 10am and required. Overall, home was good for a in and out trip which is what we had.

Terrible Experience
Arrived at our rental to find issues with the unit. The garage would not open. From inside the unit we opened the connecting door to find a garage without light and it reeked of marijuana smell. We contacted the host immediately. We also found blood stains in living room on lamp, carpet and blinds. Garbage outside on deck area. Other rooms had stains on comforters. We asked for a new unit and were told there was none available. The host said he would send someone to clean the unit. No one came. We contacted the host again and he said there was nothing he would do. We checked out and asked for a refund. The host said there wasn't enough reason for one. We drove 13 hours to this location for a family wedding. We had to find a hotel and check in. We had planned this vacation for months. This was unacceptable and searching for a reason to ever use vrbo again. We would like a full refund for this disaster of a trip.

Good Property for Families
We stayed with my wife's mother and son's wife and son. Plenty of room. Unit is clean and well kept. Very easy drive to KSU. Our preference for another unit would only be for closer proximity to KSU itself. Otherwise we'll stay here again if circumstances permit. But, not even 10 minutes to campus.
