ABOUT THE HOME: This BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION stunning coastal home located in the quaint community of Seagrove Beach is everything and more that you are looking for in a 30A beach vacation. With a king bedroom on the main floor plus five more bedrooms upstairs, this home can comfortably sleep fourteen (14) and accommodate multi-generational families. You won't be far from the festivities with the open concept kitchen, dining, and great rooms with access to the outdoor pool and lounge area. Enjoy dining al fresco and the endless summer nights by the pool. You're steps away from restaurants, cafés, and the beautiful beaches of 30A.

ABOUT AREA: Seagrove Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Seaside Beach and Seacrest Beach. Seagrove is perfect for nature lovers seeking an unspoiled retreat and uncrowded environment. Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, swimming and more in this quaint town with Old Florida charm with many options for recreation as well as dining. Eastern Lake and Deer Lakes provide wonderful spots for quiet reflection. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance like The Perfect Pig.

BEACH ACCESS: The nearest beach access is One Seagrove Access which is within walking distance of Alibi 30A. This beach access is approximately 100 yards south of Scenic 30A across from Robert Ellis Street and has a shower and no parking. The access is across Scenic 30A from Cassine Gardens subdivision and next to One Seagrove Place Condominiums.

Alternative option: Santa Clara Regional beach access is less than a mile West. This access is ADA accessible, and has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.

• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFI or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.

BOOK THIS GEM!

We embarked on our annual trip to 30A for a blend of golfing and family vacation, and it was an absolute delight! The house boasted everything we could have wished for—a comfortable and impeccably clean space that was meticulously maintained. The beds were incredibly cozy, and the pool was just the right size for our needs. Despite encountering a thunderstorm on our second day that caused a temporary power outage in half of the house, Hollie's responsiveness was remarkable. She promptly arranged for someone to come over that evening and rectify the situation, ensuring minimal disruption to our stay. Donnie the technician was very professional. Joy also worked with us via text and calls. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the bonfire organized by 30A Beach Girls—it was an unforgettable evening on the beach. Hollie also provided invaluable recommendations for photographers and chefs, making our planning process a breeze. We highly recommend having her set up the hibachi chef if you decide to book—it's an incredibly fun experience! Overall, it was a joyous and memorable stay, and we would eagerly choose this accommodation again for future visits to 30A.

Delightful Retreat: Exceptional Vacation Haven!! Our family, comprising 10 members spanning generations, recently had an extraordinary vacation at this magnificent property. From our 81-year-old patriarch to the youngest grandchildren, aged from six weeks to teenagers, every one of us experienced sheer bliss. After nine years of exploring various rental homes along 30A for our annual family retreat, we unanimously agree that this property surpasses them all! Despite our initial plans for excursions, we found ourselves most content remaining on the premises. Whether basking in the pool, cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, or simply soaking in the beauty of our surroundings, every moment was pure joy. The residence and its amenities are nothing short of spectacular, meticulously maintained, and fully functional. The layout of the home perfectly catered to our needs. The kitchen, and dining spaces were utilized to their fullest potential. The bedrooms, adorned with elegant décor, boasted supremely comfortable beds and opulent ensuite bathrooms. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality extended by the team at 30A Beach Girls. Four members of our family were graciously greeted at the airport by the company owner, setting the tone for our remarkable experience. They went above and beyond in assisting us with planning day trips and furnishing us with a list of new dining spots prior to our arrival. As if that wasn't enough, the complimentary bonfire night was an absolute blast! With s'mores, music, and games, even our youngest and eldest family members had a blast. It's been less than 24 hours since our return home, and already we're eagerly mapping out plans for next year's excursion!

Our vacation wasn't long enough!!

If you're in search of the perfect beach getaway, look no further—this home is truly exceptional. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and featuring luxurious beds, it offers everything you need for a memorable stay. The team at 30A Beach Girls is simply outstanding! From arranging grocery delivery and airport pick up to organizing an unforgettable bonfire and maintaining excellent communication throughout, they truly go above and beyond. Their recommendations for chefs were spot-on, and the evening we enjoyed was absolutely unforgettable. With bikes and a golf cart provided, transportation couldn't be easier or more hassle-free. Thank you, 30A Beach Girls, for making our stay truly extraordinary!

Book this house with 30a beach girls!

House was just as described. Looked exactly like the pictures. Having a golf cart and bikes come in very handy for dropping people to the beach. Which was a 2 minute golf cart ride.
