If you’re looking for a bit of culture to go with that tan, Downtown Pensacola’s Seville Historic District is 15 miles away.

At the home itself, spend mornings sipping coffee on the covered back patio while the kids and family dog play in the huge, fenced back yard. Inside, you’ll find an open living area with stylish, modern decor, lots of natural light, and high tray ceilings making the space live large. Impress friends and family with your culinary creations courtesy of the well-equipped kitchen, boasting a full suite of stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinet and counter space, including a standalone island. Sit down for meals together at the adjacent dining table, then pop the dishes in the dishwasher before heading out to explore.

When you return, unwind in the central AC while the in-home washer/dryer takes care of any laundry. Watch a bit of TV or use the free WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media, then unplug entirely with a marshmallow-roasting session outside around the firepit. Sleep will come easy in any of four well-appointed bedrooms, with the split floor plan affording the primary suite plenty of privacy. THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
