This 3-bedrooms, 2-bath house is located in the Gulf Breeze area and is minutes from Pensacola Beach & Navarre Beach! This house sleeps up to 8 and is pet friendly with a fenced-in backyard. Walkable to a restaurant and less than ten minutes from some of the world's most beautiful beaches. This house and location is the perfect stay for your family vacation or friends' getaway!

Inside the home are three spacious bedrooms, a shared living room area that opens to a dining area, which then opens to the kitchen. There is an excellent flow to the living space, so whether you're cooking your favorite meal or watching your favorite movie - you'll not feel disconnected from the rest of your guests.

Provided are most kitchen amenities you'll need to cook your favorite meals or grill your favorite treats!

The house is on a large lot with a very private backyard. The back area has a screened-in porch with a ceiling fan and a charcoal grill to use in the yard area. This is the perfect outdoor living space for your vacation!

If you're not up to cooking, Dave's Oyster Bar is a 5 minutes walk from the Airbnb and has fantastic oyster and seafood options (and a great happy hour!).

Beautiful Clean Home

My parents and I had a wonderful stay in this home. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. Host was very responsive to text messages. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I would stay again!

Cozy and relaxing

The property is in a great location between both Pensacola and Navarra Beach. Quiet, cozy and peaceful. Very clean and relaxing.

Beach Brawl

Stayed with some girlfriends for a CrossFit competition… loved the variety of resturants close by! The property manager was very prompt with replies. The house had necessities for a nice stay :)

Perfect location in quiet neighborhood

We escaped the cold of Minnesota for a month with our furry family and it was perfect! It is centrally located to numerous beaches and Pensacola, in a family-friendly neighborhood, and has a wonderful backyard for pets. The check-in process was a breeze and Emily responded to our communications quickly. We would recommend to those looking for a short stay or to those looking for a longer-term such as ours. Thanks, Emily, for providing us with a fantastic place to enjoy the Florida sunshine!

My son and I with our little dog stayed for 4 nights. Emily was great at responding to any messages sent which is very helpful when staying at a new property. Was kind and cordial with each response. Nice, clean place, quiet neighborhood

We stayed four nights with our cat. It was clean and comfortable. Our cat loved the screened porch, as did we. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking tools and dishes. It is close to the beaches and Pensacola, but traffic was heavy. Could have used a comfy chair or two, although the couch was large and comfortable enough.

Florida Get Away

The home was in a quiet neighbourhood on a quiet street. The house was very clean, spacious with tall ceilings which made it bright and open. The location is within 15 - 20 mins to the many beaches, stores, 2 golf courses, zoo and restaurants. The property manager was available at all times and checked in with us once in awhile. A couple of improvements we would suggest, are better seating arrangements in the living room and kitchen. (additional chairs) We would highly recommend the Cozy 3BD home.

Great Stay

Before booking my stay, there was a lot of communication back and forth with Emily because we were bringing in a large UHaul truck. She assured me that we can park our U-Haul truck there at the property, which I am very grateful for. The house was really nice and we really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. Thank you so much Emily for allowing us to stay at your property.

Best smelling pet-friendly place so far!

Every other pet- friendly place we have stayed in reeked of pet urine. Not this one! All hard floors and very few rugs so just right for pets. Very clean and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Very responsive host. The only thing I feel compelled to disclose is that the backyard fence is not secure for small dogs. Several gaps, broken boards and a gate without a latch are ways your pet could escape.

Clean, cozy house with great location! Nice quiet neighborhood. Beach, pier, river tubing, etc. near by. The host, Emily, was very attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend.
