Wasnt as close to the beach as i would have liked and the pool was too deep for kids but other than that the house was roomy and clean and overall a good experience.

Summer 2025

Property was pretty much as described and being a pet friendly rental it was clean upon arrival. The only negative was the pool. It wasn’t the cleanest upon arrival and even the day after the pool guys came by it was dirty the next day. (Pool guys came around 5pm on Friday and the attached pic was from Saturday morning.). Not sure it’s circulating as it should. Comfy bedrooms and adequate kitchen supplies. The fenced in yard was a plus for our pups. The ac did struggle to maintain a temp below 80 degrees during the day. While I’m not sure if I would choose to stay at this location again the price was cheap comparatively speaking.

I took my family on a weekend vacation to the beach. This home is exactly as described. We had a wonderful time and really appreciated being able to bring our 3 dogs with us.

BEAUTIFUL SPACIOUS HOME

Came out here for our yearly Florida visit and this place didn’t disappoint ! Checked in with ease, huge rooms, bathrooms, big living room, garage and a perfect sized backyard for the dog & pool for the kids! Felt right at home, beach 3 mins up the road with everything close by!

Unimpressed

I found it to be very dark & depressing, with the exception of the pool. That was the only highlight. The bed was so uncomfortable that I didnt sleep the entire week....even tried one of the spare rooms. I was so upset I had booked for so long. I wanted to leave after 1 day.It wasnt that clean....the walls/ceilings have water damage from storms & you can smell how musty it is, even with the AC.I couldnt wait to go back to my beautiful home. It was a waste of money.

Dog friendly

Loved the open feel, was perfect for our family of 5. The bedrooms were roomy and primary on the opposite side of the other rooms was great. Neighbor hood was quiet. Close to the beach and anything you could need. Our dogs loved the big fenced in yard.

Perfect week and a half

The home was perfectly set up for us and our two cairn’s. Though the weather was too cool to take advantage of the pool, it was beautiful to look at. We loved the private setting!

Great House and location!

The property is as described and in the perfect neighborhood close to shopping and just minutes from the beach. Excellent backyard with privacy and a pool. Comfortable bed and all the amenities. Host is very responsive. We loved the decor of relaxing beach vibes and modern layout. Also one of the view properties that accept pets which made our stay so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The house is very clean, the neighborhood very quiet and house conveniently located to the beach, shopping and eating. The pool was not cleaned until the day before we left, all bedrooms need a tv and rugs needed in bathrooms for stepping out of the tub. The beds are very comfortable.

Our stay was wonderful

The house was beautiful! Very comfortable beds and the ac worked great. The pool was the best thing for us. It was pristine and our dogs loved the spacious yard. It was a very relaxing vacation. The Beach was nice but we rarely left the house but to get groceries. All the stores and restaurants were close to the house. Aaron was a great host!! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back.

Fun stay by the beach!

Came down with the family (all 6 of us) for some Summer fun in Florida. The house was spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. All amenities we needed were available. The pool was perfect temperature and clean with a nice shaded area to sit and a shade canopy over part of the pool. The location was perfect. Just a few minutes drive from the bridge to Navarre beach and only a 1/2 hour to Destin or Pensacola which we enjoyed a lot of activities at both locations. Would definitely come back

Awesome pool

I stayed here with my 3 adult children and spouses and grandchild. The house was perfect. We had a great time. One night we cooked out and swam in the pool. And had a magical night. The location to the beach is perfect. We created so many great memories on this vacation. I am so thankful for the host.

Dirty

Asked for early check-in because we were arriving earlier than anticipated, was told no to allow for adequate cleaning. No problem I would prefer a clean house so we found something to do for 3 hours. When we arrived the house was NOT clean thr master bedroom bathroom smelled of urine, there was a dental flosser left on the floor in thr spare bedroom and dirt and sand on the floors in the kitchen and living room. The pool was dirty and the pump was running but no water circulating. After troubleshooting for an hour my husband took out the filter and it looked it hadn't been clean in over 6 months. I messaged the owner several times and eventually took a water sample to the pool supply store by the publix. The pool is salt water and was lacking 281 lbs of salt. We ended up buying shock to last us through our stay. The owner eventually responded that the pool guy was coming to look at it. Do not recommend!!

The best

This is the best deal for this area with a pool and super close to the beach. Check in was easy. Host responded to everything. I have been sharing this home with everyone I know. House came well equipped with everything as well. Hope to be staying again in a few months (:
