The house was a great little spot and suited our needs perfectly. It was well-stocked with extras like a playpen, beach chairs, and moreâthings we wouldnât have packed had we known they were already provided. My only concern was the number of bugs inside. Having lived in the area for years, I understand that Palmetto bugs are hard to avoid, but we ended up killing at least 10 during our weeklong stay. It might be worth considering a treatment. That said, we really enjoyed our time there overallâit was a great place to stay!
Beds were too firm for us. Our hips hurt all night. There was a large clump of hair in the downstairs shower. No blinds on windows facing north in the loft made for bright nights and even brighter mornings.
