POOL & SPA: Our NEW large and refreshing pool is just delightful any time of the year! You can chill in pool lounge chair. The spa is soothing and gorgeous with seating!

From the other side we have POOL SLIDE and AIR HOKEY which make our outdoor more FUN.




DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A Damage Deposit is required for all stays and held by Airbnb. Any damaged or missing items, any damage to structure and or furniture inside and outside the home, and any repairs that need to be made to cover any fines as a result of your stay.

SMOKING POLICY: No smoking inside the house. Outside use ashtrays.

PARKING:
5-6 cars will fit in the driveway, depends on their size. Street parking is permitted but please respect the neighbors.

POOL RULES:
The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for a fee of $100/ night(for each night of your stay). Arrangements must be made within 10 hours of check-in.
Spa can be heated up to 100 degrees for 3 ours daily with NO FEE.

RULES OF CHECK-OUT:
Guest check-out time is 11am.
For the late check-out contact with the host.
All lights and appliances must be turned off. All trash from the house must be taken out to the outdoor garbage cans.
Close and Lock all windows and doors.
Return all TV remotes to their trays.
