Booking process and communication was fine , the owner even sent reminder email for payments due , which was appreciated.
Check in process was good with all directions and steps to get into the property.
First evening had issues with getting into the WiFi , but Owner was very helpful and resolved it .
Major issue was the Air Conditioning we had issues with every evening except 1. It has a Nest Thermostat. The issue was we would set it to a set temperature in the morning and would leave to go to the beach , and would be expecting it to be a comfortable temperature several hours later , and it would be significantly higher and would take forever to cool down .
I brought it to the attention of the owner , he said he would look into it . The very next day we set it at 70, went to the beach came back 5 hours later and it was set to 78 and showed actual temp of 84!!
Brought it to the attention of the owner. , and he apologized that he was using the App for the Nest , and had accidentally hit a wrong setting. This was very troubling that he was doing this remotely.
The Townhome overall was okay . Bedding is comfortable. But several this need to be replaced , repaired - wall paper peeling off in spots , spot on bathroom ceiling had peeled away . Bath fixtures are old . Closets have tons of clutter in them , vertical blinds in master were mismatched .
Overall not bad but things need to be addressed and fixed and improved. Again not horrible place !!!
