These unique panoramic views showcase the entire length of Hermosa Beach from the south side – a sight that can only be seen from bluff of the exclusive Mariner’s Point community. The unit is located right in the middle of all that Costa Rica’s Papagayo area has to offer. It is just a short drive from Playa Ocotal, Playa Panama and Playas del Coco – and all of the restaurants, bars and nightlife that these towns have to offer.

This gorgeous Mariner’s Point condo has a full kitchen with full-sized oven, table settings for twelve, and every utensil imaginable – right down to the pizza cutter. The outdoor BBQ Grill located on your private patio, along with an outdoor dining set allows you to enjoy the best of dining alfresco, Should you wish to hire someone to prepare local delicacies in the gourmet kitchen or eat out at one of the many excellent restaurants in town or on the beach, feel free to contact our in-house concierge to assist with your culinary wishes. All 3 bedroom suites boast well appointed bathrooms, and the master suite has just been updated with gorgeous tile imported from Spain. You’ll truly find everything you could ever need or desire at this relaxing beachside villa, just 200m from the beautiful Blue Flag Beach of Playa Hermosa. Amazing!

We loved this home so much. The views were beautiful and it was a quick walk to the beach. There is a steep hill to get to the beach but for our group it wasn’t a problem. The pool area was also wonderful with gorgeous views. The house had all the things we needed and it was super clean and comfy. We also loved the little town of playa hermosa. The beach is very calm which was perfect for our children. Pura Vida!

"THE MOST AMAZING VIEW"

The home is very nice and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The view is amazing all times of the day. The grounds, gardens, pool area are very well kepted. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Milena. Our host was resourceful and even brought us a flashlight and checked on us for the approach of a tropical storm. However, like most guest have previously mentioned the hill is very steep so the walk up will be strenuous for most. You need a car or arrangements with a driver for daily outings. The beach is a short walk away with lots of adventures. You can schedule excursions with the concierge at the office. I wish they would have sent over most information provided when we arrived before our arrival date because our stay was short, but this will help future guests who are not familiar with the Playa Hermosa area or Costa Rica. The locals are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this home if you like remote but not far from the activities and adventures. PURA VIDA

The place and location was wonderful

The place was clean, comfortable, amazing view! Location was great, we had a car so we were able to explore many of the close by beaches. Wonderful!

Nice place better view

The condo is really nice. There were two issues but they did not affect our stay. The glass top stove is cracked and the spout in a shower is missing but neither prohibited the use. The view is even better than the photos but you don’t get to see the actual sun set. The AC worked great but the home is on a large steep hill. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach and it’s downhill their but the 40 degree incline is a killer on the way back up. You should really have a car if you are staying there. Transportation is expensive and everywhere is a drive. The pool is nice but not heated. The directions for check in and how to get to the offsite management office are horrible.
