Kiawah Island - 2 Bedroom / 2 full baths in Tennis club villas. King beds in each bedroom with adjoining bathroom. Extra sleeping available with queen sofa bed- Please let us know if you need it so we can provide linens. Pet friendly-Dog (s) 2 max. 10 minute walk to beach boardwalk 27. Go to very end of tennis club and go over bridge over pond and follow path to beach. Close to Sanctuary hotel and Roy Barth tennis. High speed internet and work area with desk and monitor. Fully furnished -all that you need. high end linens, upgraded beds, beach chairs and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy your coffee on a screened in porch enjoying wildlife. Villa comes with Access to resort golf or tennis and all restaurants. Book all activities and reservations early. If you want information on other activities like bike or kayak rental let us know. Sorry-there is no pool access.

Great location for pickleball & tennis -Fab host!

Michelle was a wonderful host. She was always quick to reply and very accommodating. We had friends visit a couple of times and she was quick to provide entrance passes for them. This two bedroom villa was very clean and generously stocked when we arrived. It has all the kitchen gadgets you may want and a thoughtful supply of condiments. It is an easy walk to the beach and you are pretty much in the middle of the island. The beds are very comfortable! The decor is lovely and relaxed. With a keypad on the door, it makes it easy backing and forthing and not having to have a key with you. We are not big TV people, but there is a large TV with fabulous programming in the sitting room and TVs in each bedrooms. If you are a tennis or pickle ball player, the Roy Barth tennis centre is literally in your backyard. There are six Pickleball courts and lots of tennis courts. We had our dog with us and she was quite content to sit in the screened in porch and watch the world go by…That includes the deer that showed up three or four times a week. Kiawah is a magical location for a vacation. We were here for 34 days and enjoyed biking every day with our own bikes. We took our dog to the beach every day.Effective March 16 dogs must be leashed on the beach except out by the Ocean Course. That just made for another new chapter of how we did life on Kiawah. Road out to Captain Sam’s six times. Saw the dolphins four time. Including Coco teaching her baby, Kai,how to strand feed.Thanks Michelle

Perfect Tennis Club Villa

We had the best stay at this Tennis Club Villa on Kiawah. The location is absolutely perfect - walking distance to the beach, the Sanctuary, and everything else the island has to offer. It is located in a quiet, private area and was perfect riding bikes and walking daily. We loved the Villa - it is decorated beautifully, seemed newly updated, and had plenty of space for everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again and look forward to our next stay here on Kiawah!

We had been looking forward to this trip for years. Unfortunately, due to so much out of the property managers control, our stay was cut short and started late. For example, the cleaning crew had not cleaned prior (which has never happened before!!) to our arrival, but the property manager came by and rushed around to do this himself! He was very kind and gave us a few options of how to resolve the issue. The property was clean and comfortable but I just didn’t give it 5 stars because of the issue again out of their control. They did the best they could!! And then there were storms where lightning had knocked out the key entry and Wi-Fi. It seems the lightning hit the roof.., hey, when lightning strikes, hu? So, we left early. But the property manager came by himself to check the Wi-Fi and offered to have a person come by the next day to fix it! He also offered a discount on our next stay. I say all of this to say, the managers exceeded my expectations of my stay… and I was sad to leave early. There was a lot out of everyone’s control … so it wasn’t a perfect score… but nearly there because of all of their communication and support.

We loved Kiawah so much we decided to share the experience with everyone. We are from Massachusetts- Duxbury and enjoy golf and the beach. We have 2 dogs that love to join us in Kiawah. So we know that you want to vacation with Fur family. We have been host since 2018. We have two properties on Kiawah. 2 bedroom in tennis club villas and a 4 bedroom house in Vanderhost passed the second gate.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Tennis club is the perfect location. A 10 min walk to boardwalk 27, near to Roy Barth tennis club and walkable distance to Sanctuary Hotel and turtle gold course. Two king beds are perfect for friends or family vacationing together. There is a sleeper in the sofa. Please let us know that you need it.
