Close to Miracle Mile for shops, restaurants and entertainment. Very short drive to the Biltmore for some golfing or a spa day. Minutes from Venetian pool and shops at Merrick Park.
You'll also have 4 (four) free parking spots inside the property and street parking is also free. The main living room has a Smart TV and couches, the second living room a Smart TV and a daybed, and there are other 2 (two) Smart TVs, one in each room with king bed. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds (4 twin size beds total). The kitchen is well equipped. Central air conditioning. Washer and dryer in the house.

Don’t lock the hurricane latches of the doors, please! Unless there’s an actual hurricane arriving in the next day. Please, contact us before doing it, or you’ll risk locking yourself outside the house.
Air conditioner: 70 F is the lowest temperature the air conditioner supports. If the temperature outside is below 70 F, don’t put the the air conditioner’s temperature below 70 F, as the air conditioner may freeze and stop working. Please, keep the windows and doors tightly closed, while the air conditioner is on, as keeping them opened would cause condensation inside the ducts (that eventually leads to mold!) and the temperature in the apartment won’t go down.
This is a self check in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow all instructions being provided on VRBO through the house manual, the check in guide and chat messages. You also agree that you are not going to contact your VRBO host before reading all instructions. You are also responsible for any loss the host may incur because you didn’t follow any law, rule, instruction etc.
Some guests have broken our trust and brought more people than they booked for, and broken other rules. Because of that, we had to install cameras outside the apartment, to be sure the rules are respected.
Remember we’re not responsible for any incident in the shared spaces, including the parking lot. Use these spaces at your own risk.
Cable TV, or any other form of TV/video access, is *not* provided.
Guests are not allowed to receive mail, or any kind of deliveries, to the apartment’s address.
Guests cannot have visitor, at any time.
This place was not adapted to people with any medical condition, special sensitivity or of any specific age. Noise levels, temperature, odors and other characteristics of the location were not designed to avoid the activation or worsening of any health related problem, pre-existing or not, or any sensitivity.
There’re cleaning products in the property, accessible by the guests. If you’re coming with minors or people with some disability, please, be sure they won’t access these materials.
We welcome families to use our place, but advise it’s not, in any way, child-proof, or especially adapted to minors or people with disabilities. It’s not a risk-free environment. Please, use common sense while enjoying this place.
Florida warm weather allows animal life to thrive. Leaving the doors or windows opened for any extend of time may let in flies or other bugs. Thanks for understanding.
The place is not brand new, and has minors normal wear and tear. We’re aware of that and you won’t be charged for that.
If you are going to need any kid’s or baby’s amenities we offer, please, let us know in advance, so we can relocate the amenities you’ll need to your apartment, as they are very low demand equipments.
To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we provided an initial supply of toilet paper (along with a few extra rolls under the bathroom sink) and of other things, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the green cart daily to keep a clean home.
