City of Palm Springs Occupancy Tax is 12.5% (11.5% City Occupancy Tax + 1% TBID Assessment) and will be added to all bookings. This tax will shown as Occupancy taxes
The pool is not available to be used during sandstorm or / and windstorm in the area until the storms over and the pool is cleaned
Spa and Pool heating is optional. It's $ 100.00 per day during May to September and $ 150 .00 per days during October to April
if you would like have spa heating only (without the pool ) the fee is $ 60 per day during month of May to September and $ 80 .00 per days during month of October to April
For heating the Spa and Pool or spa only will be charged for the entire days of stay. This extra charge should be paid prior to checking in.
Minimum age for booking is 25 years old,
Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract). The Host will supply the form via E-mail. The forms must be signed and sent back to the Host at least 1 days prior to arrival.
We cannot give home access instructions without first obtaining the signed forms back, and Occupancy Tax being paid in full.
All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).
No more than 6 adults and 2 children under the age of 12 (overnight guests), as per city ordinance
No more than 3 car are allowed to be parked at the house.
Short-Term Vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments, or other devices that produces or reproduces sound is not allowed to be used outdoors at any time of the day. If used indoors, such sound shall not be heard beyond the property line
The use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10 p.m. and 10 a.m. is prohibited.
The noise level monitor is actively one at living room and one at back yard
This is done to enforce the citywide quiet hours (from 10pm to 8am). Exterior maximum noise level is 50 dB(A) and interior maximum noise level is 40 dB(A). From 8am to 10pm, the exterior maximum noise level is 65 dB(A) and interior maximum noise level is 50 dB(A).
Noise complaints will be cited at least $ 500 (up to to $3,000)
Please keep the noises inside the house by closed all windows and doors
For security purposes, the security cameras are installed and recording in front of Main door, in front of garage and in front of side gate. No cameras at the backyard.
We provide a starter pack of consumable items (eg. toilet paper, soap, paper towels, shampoo, etc.). If you are a very large group or have a long stay we encourage you to buy additional supplies.
Twice weekly pool service is provided. The pool service person will only have access to the pool. They do not have access to the house.
A/C, Please Do Not set the A/C below 70°, or the system will freeze up and break. Please leave settings at:
• 74°when you’re home
• 85° when you’re away
Please dispose of chewing gum or cigarette butts properly, don’t throw it on or stick it on the concrete floor.
