Located in beautiful Palm Springs, this freshly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath bath pool home sits on a quiet cul de sac . This spacious home features a large private yard with pool, spa and spectacular mountain views. An open floor plan with a nicely stocked kitchen and comfortable living room will give you and your family the space to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. Just minutes from the Palm Springs airport and 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs with all it's shops, restaurants and hundreds of places to visit. Golfing, biking, museum and casino are just minutes away. After your day of sightseeing come home to relax in the heated spa. Everything you need is here for your perfect getaway.
Large backyard with covered patio, propane BBQ, lounge chairs and plenty of seating to take in the breathtaking views. Come for a week or stay for a month. Discounted prices currently offered. Pool heating is an additional $75 per day. Spa heating is included with rent.

Nice property. Master shower head trickles and needs a decal treatment or replacement. Yappy dogs in neighboring yard. Loved being able to use the garage. Super quiet location. Would stay here again.

Very good stay

My family and I had a great stay. Very clean and spacious property in a nice location. Al, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful getting me through heating the pool. The VRBO pics don’t do this place justice: it’s much nicer in person, especially the pool. There is a wonderful view of Mt Jacinto from backyard.

Great location and property

The location was perfect with quite neighborhood, close to downtown and a park nearby. The view in the backyard was amazing with a great spa and pool. The owner Al was responsive for any questions we had. The house was very clean and well maintained. We had a great stay.

Family Vacation in the Sunshine

Great house for a quiet week in the sunshine. Very quiet location but still close to all the fun stuff to do in town. Kitchen is nice and fully stocked. Only missing a coffee bean grinder - we bought one and left it, so that small gap is filled. :-). We will likely return next Fall when the Seattle days start to get short and wet. Palm Springs is great and this house is a great place to stay while you’re there.

Good house at a good price and a good location but not enough water pressure for showers

Everything about this house was just fine, except that we could not get enough water out of the showers to clean off. And there was no handheld shower head to help rinse off the nether regions, which is especially important if the water pressure is negligible. Water conservation is important in Palm springs so a visitor should not expect a deluge. But one does need more than a dribble. And easy fix, maybe the owner can make that change. Otherwise, bring your own shower head ;-)

Great pool, hot tub, and views!

Home was very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Nice views. Others have commented about wanting more dishes, etc., in the kitchen. There was just two of us, so we were fine. Al was very responsive. Fresh flowers on the kitchen counter when we arrived, and a bottle of wine in the fridge. We had everything we needed. We would definitely come back to this home.

Wonderful backyard views!

The house was great. Backyard pictures in the listing do not do the views justice! We spent most of our time relaxing and just enjoying the views. The rooms were updated, clean and spacious! Kitchen had all we needed to make a few home cooked meals during our stay.
