This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off the main access freeways to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 5 min away and numerous restaurants in the surrounding area.

Coors Field, Pepsi Center, Empower Field, Downtown Denver, Meow Wolf, and Sloan's Lake are all about 20 minutes away.
The Denver International Airport and the city of Boulder are about 30 minutes from the house.
Red Rocks Amphitheater is about 15 minutes away and Keystone Ski Resort is just under 90 minutes away.
Rideshare is available throughout the Denver metro area.

We will send a house guide prior to your arrival that also shares recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.

No smoking of any kind is permitted in the house. We will charge up to $1000 for indoor smoking. Our guests are welcome to smoke outside.
