Cette maison est parfaitement située dans le quartier animé de Berkeley, en face du réservoir Jim Baker. Il se trouve à proximité de la station de tramway Gold Strike Light, de restaurants et de lieux de divertissement ... à quelques minutes seulement de Olde Town Arvada ou du centre-ville de Berkeley. Cette maison a un beau plan d'étage ouvert avec une véranda avec des portes françaises qui s'ouvrent sur une grande cour arrière. Awesome property

Just stayed here with a group of friends and had a great time! Property is fun and has a great backyard to hang out while still being a pretty close drive to everything else you would want to do in Denver. Would 110% recommend!

Everything was very clean and neat. There was a lack of batteries in the upstairs remote and the air hockey table doesn’t work but other than that, it was perfectly accurate. The pickleball court could use some maintenance though, the net looks broken.

Great stay as usual!

This is our fourth year staying here for national western stock show, we work it every year. It always feels like coming home, there’s plenty of room for all of us staying and plenty of parking for our trucks. Definitely recommend!

We had a group of friends stay to go to a concert at Red Rock Canyon. The house had plenty to do and lots of space. Great stay.

Perfect Getaway

This home was in the perfect location for our vacation. It had all the space we needed for our 4 families that stayed. Would definitely stay here again if we vacation in Colorado again.

Music weekend

Great location super close to red rocks and not far from meow wolf. It comfortably slept our group of 10. Definitely take advantage of the pickleball court and the basement! Also, kitchen and outside area is great for group meals.

Great Location!

We loved staying here. It was a great location. We visited Denver, Boulder, Golden and Red Rocks. 30 minutes or less to any of these locations. This house would be great for a large group. Great kitchen for thanksgiving or Christmas. The hot tub was nice and the teens loved playing pickle ball. The basement was perfect w hockey table and ping pong. Good times had by all.

Need repairs

The drive way was hazardous and caused damage to our cars. The showers all needed some sort of repair. The kitchen and living space was great and the outside space was amazing. The beds all slept well. Would be a great space for a celebration.

Helped make our bucket list

Accurate pictures and descriptions. Beautiful home with tons to do. Loved the pickle ball and gave each of us that stayed our own area when needed. Totally worth it and helped make our family bucket list phenomenal. Can’t wait to try and go back. Totally recommend to anyone with multiple family members or even just a few.

Beautiful home. Very clean and lots of room. Negative: living room ceiling fan didn’t work , handrail on the stairs was broken and sprinklers came on at 5 pm which is when we wanted to sit and eat outside. Would definitely recommend and will be using it again.

Boulder Wedding

Property just as described. Lots of room for large family. Big spacious kitchen, great for cooking and hanging out. Having three bathrooms was a dream. Nice big backyard. Close to airport, Boulder and Denver! Would definitely stay here again!

Family getaway

House was very spacious however cabinet drawer was broken along with a cabinet door. burn hole in counter & macaroni noodles were left on kitchen floor from previous renters. Over all place and area was perfect for us.

Lots of space, large kitchen and plenty of games

The location is convenient, just a 15-minute drive to downtown Denver, making it easily accessible. The only minor issue was the proximity to a train line, which caused a 30-minute delay when I got stuck on the opposite side of the tracks as the trains passed. We prepared meals for our family reunion of 23 people at this location, and the huge central counter was perfect for putting together meals for such a large group. Otherwise, the home is beautiful and offers plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. There's an air hockey table, a ping pong table, a downstairs lounge area with a TV for video games, and outside, a hot tub and a pickleball court.

Long Weekend

Nice house for large groups. Area is a bit out of the way but, good for back yard chilling, and 15 min. Uber to most neighborhoods in the Denver area, etc. No basketball hoops as shown in the photos.

Not as nice as pictures

The bathrooms had hair on the floor when we walked in. They did not look cleaned. The rooms smelled like pee. The bedding was yellow not white like its supposed to be. Bring your own blankets because there are not a lot. Both bathroom doors squeak. So if you plan on using the restroom at night plan on everyone waking up. The train is close so plan on that keeping you up all night. The kitchen was nice. It took my husband a half an hout to sweep the leaves off the pickle ball courts to use it.

Holiday family get together

The property was great and even bigger than I was expecting. Easily accommodated 10 adults comfortably without any issues. We only had one small issue when the Nest AC unit went blank for a few hours during the extreme cold snap (low battery/updating?) during which the host was extremely responsive and arranged for a repairman to come by (which was not needed as the unit fixed itself). Overall had an amazing stay and would easily do it all over again.

Spacious with good location

The place was great for our big family. Lots of space. The kitchen could use more cook wear, and cleaning supplies. It was cold but we still had a bone fire, and it was comfortable. The host was great with accommodating our requests. Wished the outside garbage bins had been emptied. A place can never be “perfect” but it was nice and I’d recommend.

Spacious House for large families

Overall good stay for our wedding weekend stay. Three families and plenty of space. Small bedrooms and bathrooms, but workable. Backyard is NOT fenced all the way around, so couldn't leave the dogs outside. Everything is in working order (AC, kitchen stuff, bathrooms) and enough hot water for everyone. House looks like it was a home remodeling job, not super professionally done, so not really a luxury stay. Very functional for large groups needing to stay in the Berkeley area.

Good stay

It was a nice house. Pros: They were nice and let us in a little early, good backyard, plenty of space. Cons: Several lightbulbs in the living area out (lighting all around was pretty poor), the house never cooled down (something up with the A/C unit I suspect). Overall a fine stay, but feel like for the price, those things should get fixed.

Great Rental for Large Group

Was looking for a rental for a large group (9 people) for a buddy’s bachelor party and happened upon this property. The local area itself didn’t have much going for it but the distance from LoDo and Arvada made it the ideal place to be. When we got there it was in great condition and my friends actually gave me props for finding the place. The property manager was always in contact if we had any issues such as WiFi being down or the thermostat not working. If you’re looking for a rental for a weekend and have a large party this spot is more than enough.

AC restrictions

The AC kept returning to 77 degrees after 2 hours. We slept during the night for only 2 hours at a time before we were woken up by the 77 degree house. The first room to the left (full size bed) the ceiling light has a short. The light kept flickering or just completely turning off so I opted not to turn the light on again in the room. Thank goodness there was a lamp in the room. Kitchen was very room for 5 adults cooking, family room was very roomy for all to enjoy. Bonus room on bottom was very room for the kiddos to watch TV and play board games. mari
