Gear up for your next Colorado adventure at this beautifully updated home between Boulder and Denver. This gem sits in a prime location just minutes from US 36 Highway between Boulder (20 min west) for some local hiking and Denver (15 min east) for a night out. The home is just minutes from Standley Lake Park with the best mountain views in town. The Shops at Walnut Creek, Flatirons Mall and the Westminster Promenade are close by and make for great dining and entertainment options.

You will absolutely enjoy your stay in one of the most tranquil and majestic neighborhoods in northwest Denver. This recently updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features an extra-large primary room and king-sized bed with a newly updated marble tile bathroom suite with a large walk-in closet. The living space blends beautifully into the dining area. The set-up is very comfortable and stylish.

All major aspects to the home have been updated in 2023 with unique and stylish furnishings along with brand new Samsung and LG appliances. There are 2 TV's (Living Room, Primary room). There is extra yard space for some relaxing time outdoors with yard games. We are pet and kid friendly with Pack n' Play set-up available along with child plates and cups.

Perfect location for our son's wedding

Needed a place to stay close to our son's wedding and this fit the bill perfectly. Great location close to restaurants and grocery stores. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything you could possibly need. Communication and check in was seamless. Would highly recommend!

Met our needs, didn't spend alot of time in the home

Our first impression when we pulled up was questionable. The outside appears a bit run down, all cosmetic. The inside has been updated and was comfortable. We really didn't spend much time in the house, we we busy doing other things. Only used the microwave and the washer/dryer.

Simple and satisfactory

This home was in the perfect location for our Denver family vacation. It was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The home was very clean and functional with no extra fluff.

Metro-west Denver Stay

We needed a whole house with a fenced yard for a few days in western side of Denver, close to Golden. The property fit the needs, and there were many good things to say about it. The indoors was very nice, updated and well provisioned in every respect. The outside did not live up to descriptions or expectations, and could use some improvements. The front screen door was missing a handle, and the yard was full of weeds, specifically. So just some minor investment in time to fix the door and clean up the back yard a bit would help match the quality on the inside, and upgrade the whole experience a little bit. We discovered a broken water heater flooding the hall on our third day, but Andrew was very quick to respond to the situation and we mutually agreed to check out a day early so he could get emergency repairs done. No problems getting a refund for the cancelled night. Thank you for hosting us.

Family Visit

My husband, 2 20+ y/o sons, and 81 y/o mother stayed at the house. We were visiting my son and his fiancée for the weekend. The house accommodated all 5 of us comfortably, even when the other 2 came over. We used the backyard for playing catch and cards. Very quiet neighborhood and close to shops and restaurants. The only thing I would have liked was that the landscaping was caught up. Needed to mow the lawn, etc. The owner was awesome getting me the entry information, and got back to me with any of my questions. I really appreciated him. Overall, I would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Denver Trip

Our stay was great overall! The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Perfect distance between Estes park and Denver. There were a few bugs and no ceiling fans but the house was very cool despite that. Would def stay here again!
