Aloha and welcome to the sunny south shore of the majestic island of Kaua'i! Relish 35 acres of lush tropical grounds, orchid gardens, and beautiful Kiahuna Beach - a golden crescent known for its calm clear waters. Enjoy complimentary access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club to lounge at the swimming pool, play a game of tennis or pickleball, and dine at the Cabana Bar & Grill.

This beautiful Hawaiian plantation-style "beach house" features a dramatic view of the Moir Botanical; Cactus Garden from the spacious lanai and living areas. Beach House #304 features the ultimate in comfort with a brand new multi-zone split A/C system and new upgraded living room furnishings.

The fully renovated, well equipped kitchen and well-maintained community grills make it easy to have your island favorites on hand. Two dining areas, one indoors and the other on the lanai, provide ample room to relax and enjoy. The living area features cozy seating, a new queen-size sleeper sofa, a smart TV, and a landline phone for free local calls.

The bedroom features its own split A/C, a comfy king-size bed, and a second smart TV.

The bathroom features two spaces separating the vanity area from the walk-in shower area for additional privacy and functionality.

Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are all provided in the home for guests to use during their stay. Surf school, snorkeling, paddle-board rental, and more are all available right on the property. The Beach Hut can get everything you need for the beach - towels, chairs, sunscreen, snorkel gear, even sandcastle building supplies. Picnic areas and community grills are located throughout the resort.

The home can comfortably accommodate four people with the use of a queen-size sleeper sofa located in the living area. While #304 is a ground-floor unit, guests must be able to comfortably walk up and down stairs to access the home from the convenient free parking area. While you can relax endlessly just enjoying the resort, we do recommend renting a car to enjoy the island more fully.

Shopping, art galleries, golf, hiking, beaches, and a variety of dining options are all located within a roughly 3-mile radius. Ready to explore more? Helicopter Tours, Sunset Sails along the breathtaking Napali Coast, Kayak Adventures to Waterfalls, Deep Sea Fishing, Zipline, Horseback Riding, Waimea Canyon, and Spouting Horn are all waiting for you on the Garden Isle.

Property had AC which was nice. Some of the written instructions for TV, beach towels were incorrect or contradictory to verbal comments we received. Unit was clean but rug was very stained. No daily housekeeping, which we were aware of but only one set of bath towels per person were provided regardless of length of stay.

Wonderful location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo is an easy stroll down to Kiahuna Beach, where we enjoyed snorkeling and relaxing each day. It's also possible to access Poipu Beach from Kiahuna Beach, which is an added plus. We also enjoyed the walkability to restaurants at the Sheraton resort next door, as well as the restaurants in the shopping center across the street. We would stay here again if we return to Kauai!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is gorgeous and the lanai looks out to a beautiful garden. This is a bonus for sure to see wildlife every day from your private space. The unit was spacious, clean, well stocked and conveniently located to the beach, shops, restaurants and aaccessible to other locations on the island. The A/C unit came in handy on the warm days when we arrived. The new sleeper sofa had a tempurpedic topper that was comfortable for two teens. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this unit again.
