Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We're thrilled your daughter enjoyed the pool and that you appreciated the location and cleanliness of the condo. We hear you on the minimal kitchen supplies and beach amenities—that's really helpful input. We're actively working to enhance our guest experience with additional items like food storage containers and beach gear for future visitors. We're glad everything functioned well during your stay despite the wear and tear. We'd love to welcome you back and hope you'll give us another chance to make your next visit even better!

Aloha Amy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. We regret the inconvenience caused by the unexpected clogged toilet during your visit. Our team responded as quickly as possible to address the issue and spent a considerable amount of time at the home to ensure the plumbing concerns were resolved and that everything was functioning properly before departing. As the home is located on the ground floor of a multi-level building, some noise from the unit above may occasionally be heard. We understand this may not be ideal for every traveler. Thank you as well for recognizing the beach chairs that were provided for your enjoyment. Your feedback is important to us and helps us continue improving the experience we provide for our guests. We wish you all the best in your future travels. Mahalo.

Until then, safe travels and best wishes!
