This spot was lovely for our time in Kauai. Two nicely sized bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom and great common space for lounging/eating/etc. It is indeed very walkable to Brennecke’s and Poipu beach! Great location and nice space!

The property lacked some basic stuff…tin foil, storage bags, etc and oh yeah, smoke alarms! Did not think you could rent one without that especially on the third floor with 1 egress. Overall comfortable and great location

We had a great stay! It was just a short walk to the beach which we enjoyed every day of our trip. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. We'd definitely stay here again!

Location by Poipu Beach was ideal! We loved waking up to walk down for sunrise and around the local community. All needed amenities were provided and beds were comfortable having AC.

We loved the location. It was easily walkable to the beaches. It was nice to have two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living space. We did not have beach towels when we arrived, but they did deliver some upon request. The assigned parking was nice as well. I would stay here again.

Nice place

Lovely little place with all the amenities. The price was comparable to others in the area, but you get so much more bang for the buck in the northern part of the island, I think I would choose to stay up there next time.

Amazing time in Poipu!

Location of this property was amazing, since all we wanted to do was swim and sun. Best beaches. The AC was great to have, and there were many nice extras (chairs, umbrellas, etc)!

Great Location

My husband and kids stayed here and had a great experience. The beach was a short walk away and right by a beach chair/snorkel rental shop. The place was very clean and the hosts were extremely responsive. We’ll definitely be back!

Poipu retreat

I loved this property the minute I walked in. Very clean, perfect location to the beach and shopping Absolutely zero complaints. It was a 10 out of 10 and I most definitely would stay here again and recommend to others. Wish I was still there!

Poipu is where my Family Roots are. It was an ideal location for July 4 2024 Family Event. Clean Unit and the Full Kitchen were nice!

Great Place to Stay

Nice condo. Great view of the ocean. Good location on the island where you can get to both far west and far north in an hour or less. Well stocked kitchen. A/C worked perfectly. Great beach chairs. Would definitely recommend for a great stay on Kauai!

Fall break 2024

Heat cozy condo, the 2 bedrooms was amazing. One block from the beach to watch turtles and boogie board. Everything was perfect!

the place was nice, Only down fall was being on the 3rd floor and having to carry all your belongings up 3 flights of stairs.
