The comfy sofa is the spot to watch a wide variety of HDTV shows, movies and sports, or throw in a Blu-ray or DVD disk. An added workspace has been designed to help you keep plugged in, to work (if you must), or just read your online news. Use the provided VGA, HDMI or DVI cable to connect your laptop to the mounted LED monitor. Plenty of electrical outlets and USB ports keep all your gadgets ready to go. The kitchen has been enlarged to provide much more room for cooking and storage, new appliances and quartz countertops and a pass through offering the ability for the chef to watch the ocean, or TV while cooking! A stacked HE washer and dryer is tucked away in the pantry for your convenience.

Ships Villa comfortably sleeps 2 guests in an inviting bedroom with a king size bed, high quality linens and furnishings and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom with coastal accents. Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Pelican Watch Villas are oceanfront on Seabrook Island.
