Spacious Fourth Floor, Two bedroom, Two bath Condo that sleeps 6 with an open floor plan! Fully stocked, renovated kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal in! Dining area with seating for 6 and Four bar stools at the kitchen bar. Living area hosts a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. Large flat screen TV. Large spacious balcony with a wonderful partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are spectacular!! Master bedroom hosts a king size bed with Flat screen TV. and spacious Private Bath off of Master. Second bedroom hosts Twin Beds with TV. Second full bath in hall.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat

Stay along the Emerald Coast in our beachfront Sea Oats condos located on Okaloosa Island. At Fort Walton Beach, the beach is your playground with a beachfront pool and hot tub that connects to a private beach boardwalk with outdoor shower. Sea Oats is close to Fort Walton Beach attractions and restaurants, such as the Boardwalk shops and restaurants, AJ’s, the famous fishing pier and the Gulfarium.

Parking: There is enough room for one car per unit and a little guest overflow. There is no guaranteed parking beyond those spaces. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed during the rental season which is spring and summer. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.

Spring Break 2024

We had an EXCELLENT experience in this condo! We found it to be one of the best stocked places we've ever stayed (extra cookware, utensils, cooking supplies, as well as extra towels, sheets, blankets). We loved the beach service with umbrella and chairs -- and used the pool when we needed a break from the sand. The property manager (Kim Lang Vacation Rentals) was such an easy office to work with. Over the years we've rented through different agencies and found this one focused on communication and customer service! We did also rent the pontoon offered to the KL property guests -- so nice to not have to research other pontoon rental companies. Our Crab Island pontoon excursion was awesome! Their pontoon manager, Zach, was just as nice as the office people who manage the condos!

Everything about our condo was perfect. Nice, clean, had everything you need to cook. Close to everything, Right on the beach, nice pool, sauna. No complaints except the parking space is very tight and wish there were more parking. Other then that, I recommend this condo. We will return

Awesome Stay!

The condo was very clean and had updated interior. All essentials were provided which made for a easy stay. All areas of the property were also well maintained and clean. Any question I had was promptly answered and taken care of. The area of this condo was perfect for our family. Close to all area attractions but in a somewhat slower area as far as other tourists. We loved this location and condo and in the future if we travel to this area again we would definitely stay here or at minimum use this agent again!!!
