Upon entry through the front door, you will find a spacious living room complete with modern furniture and an inviting fireplace. The kitchen and dining area are just a few steps away. Each room is fitted with windows that allow the natural light to flood in throughout the daytime.

★ Living Room: This room offers contemporary furnishings and a 55" Smart TV with the option to cast your favorite show or movie from your mobile device. The sofa converts into a sleeper, which can sleep two additional guests.

★ Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen features a large induction stovetop - perfect for whipping up a homemade meal if desired. Guests are free to use any of the stainless steel appliances, microwave, refrigerator with water/ice, coffee maker, and toaster. Tucked away, you’ll find utensils, cooking tools, and more for easy meal preparation. This room also boasts direct access to the backyard deck.

The home comes with a gas grill and firepit. You are welcome to use these at your own risk.

Any violations of our house rules such as: Excessive Noise, Smoking, Extra Guests, Pets, Large gatherings, Use of Confetti/Glitter, and camera tampering will lead to a fine of $300, cancellation of your reservation and your removal from the property.

Refunds won't be given for unexpected power/internet outages beyond our control that last only a few hours (e.g. tropical storms, rainstorms). These circumstances are extremely rare.
